Up to this point there has not been a true administration where prophylactic points are dedicated to everybody without prejudice of any type. The current state of the world is a transition; in essence a liberation from religious chains, whose aim is to keep dormant as many minds as possible... All I can say to Ajaykeer is that the day will come when every single one of us walking on this world will come face to face with the Truth and then be filled with remourse now knowing that we wasted so much precious time on this earth with hate.

Besides, most people would not understand it. I am aware of the poverty you mentioned, thus a poor nation cannot be prepared as stated. But even if rich monetarily speaking, they would not be properly prepared too. No nation is currently prepared for acting after disasters.
