- THE CHOCOLATE BABIES HAD THEIR FIRST MUSIC RECITAL! Let’s just say it was an...experience. Y’all should know by now that nothing goes as planned with these kids 😂 The conversation in the car showed me that the kids are scared to swim and I don't care. Safety first #BELEAFINFATHERHOOD

Yvette’s face when Glen said no one is going to Hawaii if they don’t know how to swim was PRICELESS!!🤣🤣🤣 She probably thought she’d get out of it too , like Anaya! Good on Glen for insisting! Safety First ! People need to learn how to swim!
Glen was like " I will go to Hawaii BY MYSELF!" 🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love how Uriah still calls Theo Brother 😂😂😂❤❤😍
"Brodder"
I feel like he's always gonna call him that, he's been calling him that since he was a baby
It's really remarkable how confident she is saying no. That's a skill so many women struggle with and I really commend the parents for empowering their daughter in particular to voicing herself. So often we teach our daughters to shrink themselves, or we punish them for saying no and having opinions. I understand wanting your daughter to listen to you, but it's actually extremely crucial for young girls to know that NO is a valid word in the English language and that ppl should respect it
Especially when they start dating
Really?
My daughters mostly tell me no 😅😅😅
Anaya's "no" just hits different 🤣🤣🤣
Yvette's expression when she realizes she's a member of the stay at home gang, after he says if you can't swim you're staying home from Hawaii 🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is the cutest family ever!! Each member has their own sweet personality. Beleaf and Yvette are great parents!
I agree I also love the fact that they still use car seats for their children I know it’s a small detail but I can’t even count how many times I see babies and children without them
@@niecy4luv27 I noticed that too! I love everything about them, beleaf commentary is so funny, the kids are extremely intelligent and we'll spoken, and Yvette is such a beautiful soul. I loved the video of her anaya when Yvette was doing her hair. I wish they could adopt me 🤓
@@kmills3539 me too they can adopt me too 😂😂
@@niecy4luv27 looooool me too
@@niecy4luv27 me too! and I’m some years older than them 😂😂😂
Theo: “he is correct” 😂😂
He was so quick with it lol
Lol!! That part!!!
Took me out 🤣
I was about to comment on that😂 Theo's got Glen's back
Theo’s commentary is hilarious 😂
“He’s correct” took me out 😂
Those kids are back there looking like
“…where did we go wrong where we have to learn how to swim now? 😔”
just looking betrayyyyed 😂
🤣🤣🤣 “ at this aaage ??? “
They really are! 🤣
"I'm not really ready" 😆
How is this family not on prime time.
You are what America needs, this whole family. As parents you 2 show how, why and what is means to have the privilege to be a present parent. Thank you for sharing and all the hard work.
If we all keep watching, keep supporting and keep engaging, slowly they'll build the benefits of being on prime time without all the pressure and loss of creative authority that comes with it 😊
@@deeda225 true,true.
Exactly instead of making people with no bond or talents famous and rich they should be
Anaya is like no thanks dad…I’ll drive though.
I just love these kids. Theo with the "He is correct" regarding Yvette's driving. And Anaya with the swim lessons protest. That "I'm not really ready" had me weak. LOL
“He is correct” had me DYING 🤣😭😭😭😭 Theo felt that
@@NaturallyDOPE0990 🤣😭🤣😭
“At this age!” 😭😂
So entertaining, realistic and relatable. Much better than what’s on television. I’m always so happy when a new post drop. Love your family. God bless you all and much success. ❤️🙏🏾
Theo: “That is correct”. 🤣🤣🤣
I AM SOOOOOO PROUD OF YOU GUYS YOU ARE SUCH AN INSPIRATION I'VE FOLLLED YOUR CHANNEL FOR A LONG TIME AND YOUR FAMILY IS SO AWESOME ITS LIKE THE COSBY SHOW THE MODERN DAY VERSION AND I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT NEVER STOP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING YOUR CONTENT IS AWESOME AND MY GOD ALLOW YOU GUYS TO PROSPER AND REACH PLACES THAT BLOW YOUR MIND 😁❤️
“Do you wanna be a grown up and don’t know how to swim yet”? “YEAH!!!!”
Swimming lessons are crucial, especially at their age. Unfortunately, accidental drownings are extremely common and people underestimate how peer pressure will make kids jump into the water even when they know they can’t swim. Plus it will give them more confidence in themselves once they conquer their fears! Looking forward to seeing them turn into little guppies 🤗

I learned at age 3. Also taught my kids early as well. There's nothing more fun at a young age than being able to swim. Even then, a kid can get in to trouble in water so I say, earlier the better! Teach em young.
This episode should be called, Dad said what he said! 😁
There’s a lot of things to admire about this family…but I wanted to also say, gota admire Anaya’s assertiveness, she’s got young strong female energy! Lol
It's funny. Theo is at the age where he can comment and take sides on his folks sidebar conversations.
Old enough to have a comment, young enough to have the guts to say it. /lighthearted
Is Anaya going off about what would happen if the shark bites her, in the pool?👀👀🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Too cute!
I believe you are helping a lot of young fathers out here, I just watch the video where you washed Uzzi's feet, teachings him self care was absolutely cute and very humbling.❤
“No im not doing it” -Anaya setting boundaries better than most adults 😂💅🏾
The next clip with Anaya in a swim cap has me WEAK 😂😂😂 period niece gone and go swim 😂 she thought she had a choice and that is really cracking me up 😂
My Mom made us have swimming lessons around this age and boy did it come in handy when those family vacations began. We stayed at the beach and in the pool for hours!!!!
Glen, you have valet point about everyone of your children should learn how to swim. Yvette, learning with the children with help them to be secure to know they are one unit with a goal to learn how to swim. Congratulations to Theo and Uria first of many new achievements.
I learned with my kids amd they would roast me when I got scared. 😑
They would make videos of me and the commentary 😑
@@crystiality 😂🤣
Yevette’s facial expressions are too much😂🤌🏾
I just want to say Im soo happy to see the kids all in their proper car seats. I see sooo many times parents will post pics or vids and their kids arent strapped in properly, and some dont have a seat at all or are in the front seat. Its something that so many parents overlook, and seeing that just made my heart smile. Yall really are the best!
I swear I was thinking the same thing I always see so many children without them
I'm a Black woman who was forced to take swimming lessons every summer with all my siblings. I loved it and it was one if THE GREASTEST gifts my parents ever gave me! Also, I can swim like an Olympian! 🏊🏾♀️ 💓💓 FANTASTIC IDEA!
Why say you were forced when you loved it?
@@happywifehappylife2739 just because she enjoyed it doesn’t mean she WANTED to. Kids are complex and their minds change quickly.
My family had to go every summer as well. Got on my last nerves but after a few years got used to it and began to love it. ❤️
Every child should know how to swim. It is so dangerous for them to not learn. At least learn to float. All 3 of mine can swim... Started them very young age.
The production behind these videos man. The editing is just like that of today’s reality shows, with multiple camera angles, narration and side bar commentary
Just amazing.
It's such a privilege to have you share your lives with us 🙏🏿
That moment of collective SILENCE was loud in the swim lesson conversation 🤣
Theo said “He is correct “🤷🏾🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Meanwhile, Uzi in the back seat taken his shoes off, and his seat belt 😂
Yep, I noticed he was taking his shoes off, his socks, etc., and no one noticed. He’s a little Houdini…they have their hands full with that one! Lol
It’s so important for children to learn how to swim. 💕 They’ll love swimming!
“you stay home by yourself” 😂😂
Okay I’m looking forward to the next one 😂 let’s see how Anaya takes it
"Driving all Cruella Deville" did it for me!🤣😂🤣
🤪The man have a Cartoon mind.🤷🏾♀️
😩🤣 I feel like the proud parent omg! The kids are are all so amazing! From Theo’s web channel and new love for film, to Riah’s black boy joy I can see him loving music, Aniyah is just a star in essence and I Uzi’s little hug at the recital 😩😢 my heart!
I know right! I’ve been watching them for years
Same, not even a parent and I said to myself, “ Look at my boys go!!”🤣🤣💕
Glen….you crazy boi! 😂 You adamant about erybody learning how to swim. I agree tho! You gotta get over your fears. Loved this episode. 🧡
I love how you guy's talk with them and let them express themselves it fills my cup
Anaya is the best boundary setter. I'm really learning from her. I love that she says "no" so often.
I hope they'll get into swimming and enjoy it. My dad taught me how to swim when i was like 4-5 in the river that flows across the city I live in, in Romania. It was always just summer fun to me, it never seemed like something I had to learn, it kinda just came naturally. To this day I love water. I can go to the spa and stay there all day swimming around.
Anayah cracks me up! "I'm not really ready" lmao!
just thought id let you know I suffered from eczema my whole life but am better now with great skin . My grand mother would mix the sap from Aloe Vera plants, Tee Tree Oil and Peppermint Oil to put on my skin then wrap me with plastic wrap and cover with socks before bed. she did this once a week and it really helped. im glad the medication your giving him is working. I just figured id give you something you can add to help out a lil
Dairy such as cows milk can sometimes be the cause of childhood eczema. Might be worth looking into this.
You gotta love Anaya! She does have an option and is cool in showing it.
It just shows how great parents you guys are
Theo telling Naya she’s gonna be a parent one day and needs to learn how to swim 😂😂🤎
Y’all would make a beautiful cartoon show
I LOVE THIS, They need to know how to swim, point blank.
Anaya is too sweet💞💕
I feel like Uzi is gonna be the athlete of the family
I cried when I saw you wearing your sons metal he was awarded. One year I didn’t have any money for Father’s Day but I got in my dream college and I got a bumper sticker with all the stuff you get when you get in. So that’s what I decide to give my dad. When I went to give it to him he told me to keep it because it was my own achievement. Little or Big child that hurts.Glen and Yvette I am glad you take the time out to understand your roles as parents and take them seriously .
This is a great example of why dad's are so important. Just because our kids don't want to do something does not mean they don't have to. Swimming is not just about safety it's about opening doors in the future. This is not where you need to be undermined.
Swimming is Super important!!
My mother still can't swim, and out of my 7 siblings only one can't swim. I learned at an early age and taught my oldest daughter how to swim by the age of 2 and my baby girl at the age of 3...swimming is definitely a must.
I was in a class to teach me violin, viola and cello but the school took away the music program. That was 6th grade. Imagine if I were able to continue. Keep them in it and they will discover the benefits as an adult. 6:38 How does Cruella Deville drive exactly? 😭😂
That, “if you don’t learn to swim you’re not going to Hawaii,” is such a dad card😂
We weren't told. We showed up one day to class 😂
Anaya said ya'll are trying to take her right on up out of here with these unwarranted swimming lessons 11:41 . . . 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Papa put his foot down on that one, a "Good Times" moment when James said "we ain't goin ' to Alaska, I am"!
🤣😂I laugh out loud just listening to Anaya. All I care about is what is her perspective on the subject. Dad that was a wong, wong, wong time ago. In other words as a teenager would say “Dad that’s the past.”😄
I work with kids and Anaya is my dream conversationalist because I would rather talk to kids most times anyway.
The look on Yvette's face 😂😂😂 Loving this family! 💐🌹
Aniah’s lil voice is everything. She’s the cutest lil girl 🤗. These van convos are the best. #lovethisfamily #blkfamiliesmatter
I love how Uriah always calls him Brother. That shit is adorable
Tryna explain laughter that is of pride and joy is different laughter than belittling ridicule is SO KEY
*He is correct* 😂😂😂😂😂
"I was tryna stop us all....from crashing" I've had a hard morning & that was the first thing that made me laugh all day. I love you guys 😂
"How did I feeeeel? 😓 Nervous!"😂😂😂Just love yall
Being a child of a broken home I truly am grateful 🥲 I found such a beautiful representation of a healthy home 🏡 an out pour of love ❤️ an instilled values!!!! I’m fortunate to have at least have an amazing Father that guides an natures me. However the deficit of a broken home is always felt 🥺🙏🏾 such a beautiful 🤩 😍🤩😍🤩 family 👩🏾🤝👨🏿
I love the way he breaks things down for the kids so at every different age they all understand and they work together verbally as a team to handle every child’s objection to not wanting to swim. Low key Wifey’s not happy bout swimming either n it’s funny how she throws it in smooth enough for the kids not to fully pick up on it lol. You guys are a great team raising amazing kids!
Despite Anyahs early struggles with her health...what a happy child. Her smile brings tears to my eyes. Just a shining beauty.
"Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.
Aww this is so wholesome!!!! Beautiful Family
The boys warmed my heart, 1st recital!!👏👏💕 & Anayas panic face is so dang cute!!
Yvette and you are single handedly changing perceptions on parenthood. I'm childfree for a myriad of reasons one is not wanting to pass on genetic illnesses to my child. The most important and sole reason though which I can never comfortably talk about is I don't think I have the emotional awareness or depth to be a good parent. I have a personality disorder and I can get extremely hostile and iirratible. I like to be alone 98 percent of the time and I worry in the deepest darkest corners of my mind that I don't have the emotional depth to prevent becoming cruel or resentful to my own child.
I always always consider parenthood the most hardest job in the world. Watching your channel validates me in such a positive way.
You would think seeing a beautiful family like yours would make me feel a bit resentful knowing I might not have it.
But it does the opposite. It validates that I don't think I'm remotely equipped to be a parent. I watch how patient you guys are. There was a video that Uzi was just screaming and crying and Yvette went outside and cuddled him for the entire time. She was so patient. Meanwhile all I could say was "Please God continue to bless this beautiful family."
This is not just a channel for people with kids but for those of us who don't.
You really are a family of God.
Much love.
"Miss Cruella" 🤣🤣🤣
My parents had a requirement that I did an extracurricular sport and a musical instrument every year and I am SO glad they did.
It gave me a wide variety of friends interests, and strengths. Way to go guys!!
Too cute! This family gives me so much hope
Just subscribed, I love everything about your videos.. your family is beautiful and soo funny! they are going to have so much fun growing up! Blessings and love 💛
I just love this family ! ❤️
I think your laughing could be explained as joyous. When we are so happy and excited sometimes we laugh in joy.
Glen: "Do you want to be a grown-up and don't know how to swim yet?"
Naya: *reflects on the essence of the question and the meaning of life* "Yeah!" 😂😂
LOL @ Yvette calling out Glen's grammar 😂"At one day?!🤔" HMAY
Your family is so amazing! You both are truly amazing parents, raising amazing kids
Its just a fear of the unknown ahh sweet girl, I remember swim class at that age, they wanted me to try to breathe underwater and I started to cry loud
They wanted you to breathe underwater huh?
“…like the Olympic torch “ 🤣🤣🤣 bless him!
I love how you guys give the kids choices and freedoms to choose instruments. You two are so encouraging and inspiring.
Anaya is GIRL BOSS! Period. 🤣🤣🤣 I can’t take it. 🥰
Love watching you and your beautiful family living life! You guys are super entertaining and real☺️
Awesome guys their first metal blessings to you and your family
Seeing you guys grow and succeed makes my heart so happy
Congratulations guide on your first recital!! Grateful that I’ll be able to say that I saw your first recital when you’re playing at Madison Square 😁
Fantastic content, as always! Can't wait to see the kids learn to swim and actually end up enjoying class!
I taught my son to swim when he was 2. Once they learn , they will love it !!!! Y’all have such an amazing family. I’m so happy I found your videos. I’ve been catching up , much love from Huntsville, Alabama ♥️
All dads know how wrap up a family discussion that seems to had gone on long enough.
Oh man been binge watching yols videos for the past week,I am hooked
Ah I taught swimming for 10 yrs and I wish I could teach you All! Especially Mom-she's gonna be so cool swimming laps soon! They're all gonna do great! Then... HAWAII! 💜
