In cases of best combo's you have some even stronger hits in between when your sword turns red, those are one's when you have to hold button's somewhere in the combination, it gonna take some training to get used to but it's worth it because red attacks staggering mobs on it self when getting a big chunk of the posture bar too, but you probably never read this, I just hope you're audience inform you.
How long will it take for this game to come out on PC? next year? Sony is handling their exclusives like this lately.

Stellar Blade is actually amongst the better games released this year. It captured the post-apocalyptic feeling from Nier Automata quite well and where it differs is how it tells a much darker story where people are still trying to survive. While the databanks are interesting for lore it seems like it gives up too much information regarding the current state of the world which might end up being a revelation for the MC later, still the lore is well presented. Also considering that this is their first such game they managed to have a fun combat system and traversal that is not glitchy at all, where even DD2 and FF7 Rebirth have quite glitchy movement, granted they are still great games with much bigger scope. But a smaller studio coming in and having clean combat and traversal coming akin to Nier Automata is really commendable. On the flip side while it may not be a big deal the fact that they can pull in an audience with promises only to censor and go back does not seem like the best decision a publisher can make for long term customer retention, people will always be more weary making purchases worrying about what might change later, just hope that Shift Up does what's right, wouldn't want a publisher decision to ruin people's opinions on a really well made game.

@@FREE_WILL_DEFENDER It's true that the group who made Nier's music (MONACA) were involved in SB's music but note that not all the music were composed by them! South Korean composers are still responsible for the majority of the soundtracks if I'm not mistaken.
BGMs that are for sure made by MONACA are 'Flooded Commercial Sector' and 'Shelter'. These tracks are available in music platforms! Composed by Oliver Good (fun fact, Oliver Good wasn't involved in any Nier soundtracks as far as I know). But those examples are just a tiny portion of the whole OST. I am pretty sure the other MONACA members who might be involved in Nier's music are present in SB's OST. The soundtrack that played during the intro pod landing, 'Star Descent' sounds a lot like Nier, though I'm still not sure who composed it yet!
Sorry if this turned out to be a long reply, I am just a huge fan of game soundtracks and their respective composers and can absolutely geek out hahah

I can't wait till he gets to the halfway point where the game spikes in difficulty and when you revisit these places after some quests the area mobs change and all the mobs spike In challenge

I know there are those elite younger players who feel this game is to easy for them... Here's the deal you can always make the game a lot more difficult for yourselves by not upgrading your abilities or upgrading the bare amount. The majority of players, meaning normal and aging players this game is difficult and challenging enough. It's a scientific fact starting after the age of 24 our reflexes and reaction time starts to deteriorate there is no getting good to improve on that. I've been playing video games for 50 years and obviously enjoy them I credit them to helping me to stay sharp cognitively and slowing down some of the aging process. I was once like you, so believe me, you too someday will get older it happens to all of us, but it doesn't mean we want to stop enjoying something just because we get older. Younger gaming developers are forgetting this concept today as they continue to keep raising the bar of difficultly to please the elite players of today... In return they will eventually be loosing a good chunk of average and aging players who will stop purchasing games we can not fully enjoy because they are way to difficult for our current abilities.

That looping BGM is pretty much my definition of hell. Having vocals is all good for a once off when entering a new level, Death Stranding did it well, but holy heck, looping it over and over is just horrible.
