He said in the beginning that it's a "$250 million dollar paradise". That's only 1% of the guys 24 billion dollars. That's equivalent of you having $50,000 in your bank and only spending $500 on something (which in turn makes you money).

No one actually stays in the owners hilltop house. I was project manager for the renovation of it. The owner stays for a couple of months a year.
