If you were to wake up with an extra $100 million in your bank account with the stipulation that it’s used to buy a property around that amount, you may begin to panic on where to look. Well, we’ve done the heavy lifting for you! We’ve scoured the world and selected a variety of abodes that are listed (at the time of making the video) for around $100 million. We’re going to explore the incredible features within and see just how far your cash can go depending on the country the house resides in. We have a private island in the Caribbean, an English manor, a royal-style French estate, and more!
Now for the spoiler paragraph. If you like surprises, we suggest you stop reading and watch the video multiple times. We kick-off by looking in the United States. We have an equestrian estate in New York that looks like it could be home to the X-Men. Then, there’s a modern mansion in California. In England, we’ll look at a Downton Abbey-esque manor that comes with a deer park! In France, we have a St. Tropez package that comes with three villas! While in Cannes, we have a mansion fit for a royal! In the Bahamas, we’ll look at Blue Island, a private island that comes with its own airport! In Spain, we have an artistic villa that once contained an art installation space. Next is the United Arab Emirates, with a compound of villas in the iconic city of Dubai. When you realize that the property taxes for just one year costs more than you can make in 100 years. So realistically you better be worth more than 100 million, and that still doesn't include the maids, cooks, landscapers and pool boys working around the clock to keep it all running and clean.

If you won 100 million but had to spend it on a property, you would buy a home that would then cost 1.5 million a year in property taxes and you would immediately go bankrupt.
I find it interesting I know 2 people who are multi billionaires they have several homes around the country and abroad but none of them are pretentious and extravagant and they're all paid for in cash.
