I was dying to do this style because its superrrrr cute! It's also a great protective style that you can keep in for a few weeks to give your hair a rest. The beads were from a local beauty supply store but you can also find a ton of different beads online!

This was one of my go to styles right before I loc’d. I would leave em in so long and that’s what made me consider locs

This used to be my go to for length retention! I’d leave them in for a 6-8 weeks and would redo. So cute and convenient. They look so good Dez!

I did big 2 strands backs in Dec. I finally finished splitting them down to minis, now We wait. I think theses minis might give you the volume you’ve been looking for. If you go smaller it’ll be even more voluminous.

Could I try protective hairstyles like this? I've been getting so many mixed opinions with me being Dominican but having 3b-c hair. Would it be cultural appropriation or trying to finally work on my natural curls- just so confused

Your locs were so beautiful. Each set. Be careful. Loose natural hair is a lot of work and breakage is inevitable.
Why you get rid of your dreads
I have a video explaining why! But basically I have commitment issues when it comes to my hair and there was a lot of bad energy associated with my locs and I knew combing them out would give me relief
