Totally blown away by this exhaust system! Highly recommend this, and can't be happier with the first startup after the car has been down for so long. Can't wait to drive it!
I’ve been waiting for someone to buy and install this exhaust. Looks like it has better transmission clearance for clutch service. Dope video overall 🤙🏼

I put the mid section with stock s50 headers. I'm gonna have a 3" flange, resonator, and catalytic possibly. But alone it works fine.

@@ricotheunprofessional I'm good with loud and raspy. I only drift my car so really prefer the noise. Plus the blast pipes look drifty af lol

I remember when I bought this exhaust I couldn’t find any videos on it, I actually just did the exact same thing as you, manual swapped last week and just put on the full isr with the blast pipes today, I also put on the fapo equal length headers (the bolts on the original headers snapped) I think the blast pipes sound okay on low rpm’s but get alittle trumpet-y past 4k. I’ll prob post some sound clips soon as well but I am very curious to see what yours sounds like with the mufflers!

How hard was the install of the fapo headers?
@@Tim_turbo97 not crazy bad! But I ended up having to leave a few bolts out during first installation because the angle was kind of tight, I ended up pulling the motor later on and retightened and added more at that time

its definitely worth the money, not too street friendly imo. After the drift event video I will post the ISR muffler video. Hopefully that sounds less trumpy at mid range.
@@ricotheunprofessional are you referring to the other system? cause I noticed that listings have both a blast pipe option and also one with a muffler. you have both? if you do im super excited for the muffler sound clips lmaoo. im in cali too its a dope option to have a complete exhaust sytem

Just got a ISR system for my 98 M3.
Is there any concerns since IRS exhaust requires the X-brace be removed? Should I get the X-brace custom fitted back on?

thank you for watching man. I'm mot quite sure, I personally doesn't run an xbrace even though i have one. too lazy to install them... but so far after all the track days (and going off tracks) the oil pan is still in one piece, for now.

What's the diameter of those pipes?

@@eyespy6294 haha it's indeed VERY loud! make sure to remove the corss brace under the bellhousing otherwise the exhaust wont fit.

why does it not fit an automatic trans?
im sure it's the size/shape of the trans itself. It says on their website that this doesn't fit the automatic trans.

@vrmood7948 I think so, because visually they aren't that different. But I also could be wrong. I'd look into the product to find out why exactly it wouldn't fit, or email ISR and ask them directly.

@@ricotheunprofessional I want this exhaust but sadly my cars auto but I'm trying to figure out what part of this exhaust makes it not work with a auto exhaust. Only think I can thing is the part that comes off the header since everything else would be under the heat shield where the exhaust normally goes
@@T0MMY561 I would say just do a manual swap. I did it on mine you can check out my previous videos.
@@ricotheunprofessional not swapping anything till this auto dies lol it's a daily so I can't have my car down for a long time doing all that and personally I don't see the fun is driving a 190hp (20 years ago) car in city traffic where I live 😂 maybe if it was a faster car. But I'm assuming it's just the pipes coming off the headers that interfere with the trans.
@@T0MMY561 I believe the bigger bellhousing and the different exhaust hanger is the issue. Luckily this car is track only so manual was a must for it, but for daily driving I would stick with auto as well.

@@wallahilodge it is. I installed it in my garage. Just note it doesn't fit auto trans and you have to take off one of the cross braces right below the trans tunnel
