- A great barbecue delighted the public who participated in the 23rd edition of Transposul - a transport and logistics fair, which took place in Porto Alegre, southern Brazil, in June 2023.
For four days, sirloin steak, entrecot, ribs, prime ribs, flank steaks, lamb, among other meats, shared the participants' attention with state-of-the-art trucks and land logistics equipment.
The RS Brasa & Prosa team, led by grill chef Edi da Grê, prepared the roast show.

Hola Gerardo. Desafortunadamente no hay una lista organizada de eventos, pero aquí en el sur de Brasil los eventos son frecuentes. En los primeros 20 días de septiembre, en Porto Alegre, capital del estado de Rio Grande do Sul, en el Parque da Harmonia, se realiza el Campamento Farroupilha, que es el mayor evento que rinde homenaje a las tradiciones locales, donde el asado tiene un lugar de énfasis (czcams.com/video/wBavYBgQ6yA/video.html). Otro evento que seguramente ocurrirá es el Festival BBQ de la Confraria SG, en la turística ciudad de Gramado, en el interior de Rio Grande do Sul, el día 11 de noviembre (czcams.com/video/Ym0ZF99N_PY/video.html). En el verano, a finales de enero y principios de febrero, se realiza en una playa de la región (llamada Shangri-la) el evento denominado Paleta Atlântida, que es considerada la barbacoa más grande del mundo realizada junto al mar(czcams.com/video/UFvo-1RH3SY/video.html). I lived in Goias for 3 years. The menu was slightly different. I don’t recall brisket being prepared with the vinegar and apple juice, and I never had lamb, but there is nothing better Brazilian churrasco. Unfortunately, there is not a good authentic one near me in Central Pennsylvania. This makes me want to jump on a plane to Goiania just to get a taste again.

praticamente, e em NENHUM OUTRO ESTADO do Brasil
encontrei um churrasco que chegasse á 10% do que é o Gaúcho.
A churrascaria que o churrasco era bom em SP, era de Gaúchos
por sinal.
Voltei á saborear um churrasco de verdade, com carnes
de qualidade e cortes para churrasco, quando retornei ao RS.
