- Roasted pork belly in rolls, traditional pork skin cracklings (the famous bar cracklings) and whole pigs in rolls are some of the attractions at Torresmo Fest, which runs throughout Brazil, bringing the flavor to different regions and cities in the country. unmistakable flavor of this delicacy.
In addition to pork rinds, the event offers other delicacies, such as sausages, pork burgers, chicken pork rinds, as well as dishes that serve as accompaniment, such as "baião de Dois"! (prepared with beans, rice, curd, sausage and crackling) and the "carreteiro" dish with rice and pork. One provocation after another.
The video images were captured during the event's passage through Porto Alegre, southern Brazil, on October 20th and 21st, 2023.
