I watched one of your other videos on Saturday and it inspired me to start making changes so thank you ❤️ I'm starting to realise that I spend far too much time focusing on the negative and create negative beliefs in my head and I need to actually put in the work to change that. So this morning I told myself I deserve good things, did some journalling and I've had such a nice day so far! I'm also a massive people pleaser and I need to stop so this video is really useful.
