BMW Inner Door Pull Handle Replacement
This video is for those that have a 2012 BMW 328i and have sticky inner door handles that are degrading. There are several videos that exist around changing the interior door handles for other vehicles of different years and models, however, the process is not the same.
It takes time to figure out the part number that you need specifically for your vehicle and to find somewhere that sells it. You can find the OEM replacement handle for your BMW for between $75 and $85 each handle. This handle is about half the price of the original from BMW and will not degrade over time as it is made out of plastic (which is what the original piece is made out of but it has a coating on top)
If you are handy, you can change these out with the proper instructions and tools and save yourself from spending hundreds of dollars at the dealership to change these out.

Perhaps like most DIY bmw owners trying to change out the inside of the driver's side door handle I had an extremely challenging time to take off the electric door control device. It is necessary to take off this device in order to access the two bottom plastic screws holding the back side of the handle! I was able to access the latch holding the device in place by working on it at night when my trouble light was the only source of lighting which enabled me to see, from the inside of the door panel, the plastic latch that held the control device part in place. Once I saw it I was able to disengage the latch and the part popped out! Bravo!

Thanks for the help! Especially the removal of the button panel!! I used the plastic pry too in there and pushed with my finger through the access holes from the back and it popped out. That would have been a LONG process of broken parts.

I have a simple remedy for this. I used women Natural Nail Polish to coat the handle. You have to apply at least two coats. It dries within seconds.

I'm going to assume so but just to make sure, click on the link in my description and check the description of the handles on Amazon to make sure it it includes 2013.
The description does say 2012 - 2018 so it should fit just fine.

To much talking 😂 All that plastic original clips i mean that circle ones who holding the door handle better to drill up with 12mm drill bit ant its easy to remove 🤣
