No commentary short ride testing DJI Action 3

Short ride to see what settings work for me on the DJI Osmo Action 3 Cam.
I know some parts look a little rough, so I'm trying to find the right frame rate and stabilization settings.
Recommendations on frame rates in the comments are welcome.
Current settings: auto shutter, auto white balance, 4K, 30FPS, Rock-steady +.
