It's good to know that I'm not the olny one that thinks that "I love you" is VERY hard to do in calligraphy. Thanks for the video Becca!!!

I adore #2 plus the block to condense is perfect. I've got to slow down. My "normal" writing tends to be a mix of script and print letters- I get in a hurry and begin mixing them. I'm practice Calligraphy by writing scripture each day. I want to memorize them and get better with my letters, this seems to be a nice way to get it all in. Becca, I really appreciate your work and dedication! As for capital "I" which every one is requesting... that one letter seems to be drawn a million and five different ways. The coolest one really confuses my poor brain. I always back track to whats known to me. Its "drawn", y'all pick one and go for it! These are fun... Becca has several different videos on majiscules (or uppercase letters). She will outright tell us many prefer lowercase letters, I certainly do. I will use a lowercase letter at the beginning but draw it larger... for instance, I love a nice big lowercase g at the beginning of a word. Good luck and thank you again, Becca 💙
You really are glowing today 💙💙💙

I love them all, but I'm always struggling with an uppercase "I" in calligraphy and I was hoping to see your version. Dealing with a lot of school aged kids I'm always trying to be grammatically correct.

When I started Becca's course my writing was shaky and rough. It was dreadful. I couldn't even draw a circle, harder than it looks ;) . Patience, posture and practice, practice, practice. It all comes together sooner than you think. I practiced an hour a night or fit in my schedule wherever I could. Make sure you join the facebook group and take the classes. You will be great.

Thank you! Great tutorial!! Another struggle is going from "o" to "r" or "v" to "r" or "w" to "r" That "r" is tricky. x-|

I came here for the uppercase "i" and was confused. Is using a lowercase i really that common?

No matter how much I practice I just can’t make my down stroke thick and my up stroke thin consistently while I’m trying write. I try to keep practicing just the up stroke down stoke practice and I just can’t get it. Should I just give up? Do you have any suggestions? Grrrr I’m just so frustrated with myself.
