- I felt compelled to put together a visual for “Just Breathe,” despite being on lock down with the rest of the world. I filmed my parts responsibly while in quarantine and we were able to edit together a simple, but moving piece with the help of some footage from friends around the world. I hope you enjoy it, as we all get through these hard times I also hope it can help you to “just breathe” and feel some peace of mind!

I have just heard this song for the first time today. I, too, am an RN. Even though this is 4-5 months out from the posting of this video it is relevant today as then. I would also like to applaud my heroes: the food service workers that offered us free meals, the housekeepers that are on the front lines with us, the child care workers that keep our children safe, and the list could go on. I am grateful that I was able to witness this country pull together to keep each other safe and healthy.

My nephew Matt 30 years old has been in a coma 6 weeks from covid-19
He just woke up 2 days ago after 6 weeks on a ventilator and coma . the meds were taken off after 28 days but Matt
would not wakeup but now
He's breathing. With a traciotomy but breathing. He's off the ventilator. Small steps . 😍

Turquoise Cheetah there is no such thing as a perfect diagnostic or screening medical test. There never has been and there never will be. If you are wondering how medical tests detect certain conditions and how and why false positives, false negatives, true positives and true negatives exist for every medical test ever created...a look into specificity, sensitivity, and positive predictive value might help shed light on what happens when someone undergoes a medical test.
Consciousness is omnipresent, and does not need a brain. Our brain is just a filter which blocks most of it and all its knowledge/omniscience .... out. Sit at home (you don't need to be near him) with a digital recorder, and concentrate with love on Matt, and then press record and ask him to speak. Be quiet for 30 seconds and repeat this on continuous recording... two more times. Record yourself encouraging him each time, and then being silent for 30 seconds. Then play back your recording or upload it to a free audio software program on your laptop like 'Audacity,' which will show you a soundbar and will better detect a reply. OPEN YOUR MIND TO MORE. There is more to Life than school, traditional religion/the fear of demons, sports, Disneyland, and dinner, and America. Scientists are far far behind in experiencing Higher Physics. Note: When recording, you must provide a source of raw sound in the background while you record. Matt will shape the audible raw sound into audible words. For example, you can run an electric fan while recording, and the sound it makes .. he will use and re-shape. Or record yourself speaking gibberish; no words, and play it as background noise while you ask him to speak into your recorder. He will use that raw gibberish and vowels and consonants etc. and shape them into the words he chooses for his reply to you! Do it all in love, which is the substance of the universal spirit, and which connects us all and enables such wonderful things to happen ! Whether your consciousness is in a body here on Earth, or has moved onto Home/a separate dimension/universe... we can still talk with each other. I haven't listened to you in a long while, what a beautiful song to get back into you again.
I had just lost my dad of cancer three months ago. Every time I think about him, I start to cry. But your new song got in my head and to remind myself to "Just Breathe" and hope that everything will be okay. Take your time in finding yourself. The best thing you can do is choose to be positive. Find your inner happy place. It is nice finding that place where you can just go and relax. Good things come to those who wait. Deep breath in, deep breath out. Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths. Find the humor in life. Life isn't as serious as the mind makes it out to be. Sometimes being productive means just taking time for yourself. Have a little faith in the universe. You don't always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go and see what happens. Slow down and take a deep breath. Slow down and everything you are chasing will come around and catch you. Always be grateful. Whatever is going to happen in life will happen. I'm just thankful to be alive, to be breathing. Sometimes, you need to step outside, get some fresh air and rewind yourself of who you are and who you want to be.

Just sent this to my nephew's wife... She is an ICU RN who just returned to PA from a 2 wk deployment to New Jersey to work 12- 16 hr shifts with COVID patients in ICU and the ER there. She left her husband and 3 young daughters because she felt "called" and capable of helping others. I can't imagine what her last 14 days have been like but I'm so incredibly proud of her and so grateful she's now back home with her family. This is beautiful! It really goes to show that things aren't as bad as they seem right now. Yes, this is difficult, and way out of everyone's comfort zone, but if we breathe, and focus on the good things, - Doctors working 24/7 for each and every person, leaving their families to help and serve, store workers also risking a lot for our benefit, and families getting much closer and being so much more together than they were before - then life will become so much easier, and we will become better people as well. Thank you, doctors, nurses, scientists, restaurant/store workers, and everyone else who is giving their all for us to stay safe and healthy! Don't take their work for granted. Do as much help and service as you can as well. Be happy, stay safe, stay healthy, and JUST BREATHE.
