- Hello guys and girls and welcome to FoxyRaven-TV. So today i want to test the quad explosive railway rifle as a full health build to see how well this weapons does in the world of fallout 76 in 2024.

Just wanna throw something out there as someone who mains railways. With explosives specifically we are naturally drawn to use demo expert. For this weapon specifically, I would highly recommend running either gunsmith 5 instead of demo or 50BS 3* instead of reload. I run a QE50BS specifically for the reason that these bad boys break sooooo fast. A non explosive quad can make it through a boss fight without needing repairs. Not the case with explosives.
These bad boys are great fun but they break real fast. Just something to keep in mind 😊

Imo the best roll would be QE25 or Q5025 that -25AP cost is just broken, its more like 85% less AP cost.
@@FoxyRaven-TV those are what most people go for. I own all desirable variants of quad railways (50C, 25FFR and explosive). I have them in all third star flavors too (50BS, 15R and 25LVC). I always try and veer people away from LVC when trading because the price jump is massive (from reload to 25lvc let's say). If you have one cool. Use it if that's your prefered third. I've messed with LVCs and tbh I prefer 15R for bossing (Q50C15R) and QE50BS as a daily. It all depends on your build and playstyle though. For instance I run cola nut. So while Im reloading I simply pop a quantum and Im ready to unleash another full clip. Some guys like to stack gun Fu when bossing or like using quick hands. In those cases LVC would be better than reload.
Edit: Q25 is better DPS than a 50C but only if the server decides to be nice.
I just have a secondary pew-pew choo-choo and repair kits. Job done.
Tired of having to monitor my rads and getting one shot by firecracker berries when roaming.
Switched to a full health commando and it’s never been better. I can repair rad scrubbers during EN without worrying about dying fast. I can enter nuke zones without worrying of dying in an instant. I can run Daily Ops with armor piercing enemies without worry.
Man it’s good to be a full health commando again.
than i guess your low health build was not good enough because mine is perfect i cant remember when i died last time and im constantly running with 20% health
Youre I bet running 95% and that is your problem. I stay from 80-85% and almost never die.

You said you feel Fixer is best for FH commando; what rolls for Fixer do you think would be best? AA vs Quad?
AA Crit damage and -25% AP cost would be a full health god roll imo 🙂
As a full health build i think the minus 25% AP cost is very important because of the lower AP you have being full health vs bloodied.

Go look up the ap cost of a automatic rr
Because the railway is completely broken. The ap cost of a non lvc rail is 7 AP. fixer is 13 or 13 I believe.
Low AP cost in general on Auto rifles and then the perk card that has 35% chance to restore all you AP when killing something.
Company tea and canned coffee also help dramatically.
On paper it looks as if QE railway does more damage but my Q2525 does a way better job
I've read it's because the game struggles to keep up with the explosive damage calculations for the RR. Not sure if that's true, but it sorta makes sense.

Personally prefer my enclave plasma rifle. Much nicer aesthetic 👌
That being said these RRs are insane. The highest damage with insanely low AP cost. They’re so good they trivialize the game, honestly. We’re also all getting a unique bloodied double mag capacity RR with Skyline valley as a guaranteed quest reward. So I fully expect the market price for these to dip quite a bit in trading. With everyone running around with these in 2 weeks time absolutely MELTING mobs and bosses alike, I really doubt Bethesda won’t actually look into nerfing them somehow…
