This might seem random. Hell it is. But can someone get into legendary cards. Like how do you get that many maxed like that? What level do you have to be? The reason I ask is I'm level 800 on my highest level character and levels come so slow now that finishing maxing out my cards feels years away.

When you have played all scoreboards that has ever been then you have too many perk points, simple as that really 🤷
Its even more easy now with the seasons as when you get to rank 150 you can just pick the perk points and max everything out.

You buy the legendary modules and then craft them you self, its RNG rolls though.
I got over 8000 hours in the game.

After 8000+ hours over the last 5 years i got everything in the game.

I literally just want one good roll for my plasma caster it's literally garbage every roll. Spent over 2k script on it.

2k, you are just getting started. If you want something that is usable roll 2 star variants, if you are looking for all 3 stars to be good statistics are stacked against you.
