At 08:39 I've been searching that soundtrack for so long, I remember it played after kenshiro got blinded in his 2nd fight against raoh after the castle of nanto crumbled, and in the 2nd series when he returned, against jaco's troupe. Thank you so much for uploading it

They're all of the backgrounds for the stages of the Hokuto No Ken ArcSys fighting game (really cool game btw). That is Yuria sitting in the background of Shin's stage, or at least the dummy Yuria that Shin used to trick Ken into thinking Yuria was still at Southern Cross.
