While having a station to serve a cemetery is nice, this station could definitely use a bit of an upgrade. And honestly, I think it's probably way creepier at night than during the day. Criticism aside, this was still a pretty good video.
the thing is even if MNR wanted to serve it at night, the southbound platform is behind the cemetery gates, so they literally couldn't but yeah, an upgrade would be nice!
There is actually a bit of context that surprised me here: you mention that the conductor was surprised at your destination. I didn't even know that the Metro-North had tickets and conductors, I thought it was hop-on hop-off. Guess I am behind the times!
This has massive potential for Halloween! A similar concept was the London Necropolis Railway en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_Necropolis_Railway They should really have a regular service throughout the week, so people could use it to go to funerals.

Love your content. There is another station like this called Pinelawn on the Lirr. It might be the least used station on the whole network.
Pinelawn is low-used, but it is beat out by multiple Greenport Branch stations!

Try pine lawn on the lirr Ronkonkoma line that seams kinda similar if your interested
Im surprised they keep Mt Pleasant open with only 13 riders a week! Thats a pretty bizarre station! I guess the Cemetery folks appreciate it though! 😉
