@@godwinonah8628 The aim of this transition is to encourage more foreign investment into our Oil and Gas sector. To me, that’s the sole purpose of this. Also to curb corruption in this sector
Limited means it runs as a private entity. That means it is governed by Companies and Allied Matters Act and is not just a government entity. It will have to be presenting financial statements and due reporting. Typically this should improve administration and subsequently revenue. Sort of the way Sinopec and Saudi Aramco is run. I presume later in future, it could become a publicly traded entity. Hopefully expectation matches reality.

Provide the Edo State Governor with the Crude they NEED to process in thier Oil Refinery which has Already been completed early this yeaR but has not been functioning because the Federal Government has noT yet realized the Cride the State needs to process.
