I've read some comments that the new pop up text are distracting and does not fit well with the theme. Well, I must agree with them. I Suggest that find more fitted font styles if you want to keep the pop up text more appropriate with the video. But overall, Julia is always amazing on how she showcased the house ❤
nah just remove the text pop ups overall, it doesn't fit the aesthetic or editing style like it used to talaga
agree, feels like a downgrade, I hope this is just experimental. julia and the team still are amazing. It's just the text or maybe the new editing style, buti nawala na yung awkward and unnecessary cuts to stock footage like from the last vid.

I’m a follower since 2020 pero this house tour is a bit different from the other tours. I mean the camera angle was a bit weird, masyadong maraming frames na naka zoom in kay Julia rather than the house unlike the previous videos. Also, I’m not a fan of the pop ups (i.e Narra, pin lights,etc). Can you please just stick to the old editing, camera angles etc so you guys can focus more on the house tour? 😊 I still love how Julia sell this house to the viewer though.

The reason Presello is the number one real estate content creator is because of the simple, class, and straight forward videos (of course, Julia is also the best).
Recently, video qualities are becoming sub-standard amateur. From shaky cuts, quick angle switches, focusing on wrong things, louder bgm than Julia's voice to poor bgm choice, and now cheap b-rolls 😢
Please. For the "new" editor or cameraman, the old simple and classy presentation works.. you don't need to change it.

10 secs in, you lost me already. Aanhin nyo pa si Julia kung binubugbog nyo naman ng text yung screen.
What you maybe don't understand is, most people watch your videos because of how relaxing it is, or it was rather. Hindi dahil naghahanap sila ng bahay dahil let's face it, karamihan ng pinapakita nyo dito ay hindi afford ng at least 50% ng viewers nyo. Sadyang ang sarap lang mangarap at manood ng nakakalmang videos nyo. But this new style of editing is not for long formats. Gawin nyo yan sa shorts or reels hindi sa long formats. If you would continue that style of editing sa long formats nyo, prepare to lose a lot of audience.
Wag kayo tamarin na irerecycle nyo yung long format for your shorts. Gumawa kayo ng separate.
Unsolicited advice is always…..(fill in the blank) 😂. So how much audience is this gonna lose? 😊

What up with the front garden occupying the side walk? You think in a highly urbanized upscale neighborhood, property owners will comply to proper zoning, i guess not.
If you take a closer look, that garden area is part of the lot, not the sidewalk. It’s on the setback. You think AAVA will allow this to happen? It would’ve been rejected right at the artist sketch phase immediately. 😂. Think about it. I guess you know better, so I’ll step aside now.
Exactly what i thought also! The only people who can afford this house have something illegal on the side anyway, so a little illegal occupation of sidewalk is not a big deal.

700 sqm sized lot and the landscaped garden is just a strip along the side of the house, not exactly a suitable space where people can enjoy being outdoors, a bbq party, or just lounging around a mini park-like setting enjoying the breeze, and not be in an air conditioned space all day. 😢. I say this house is way too big for the lot. Are Filipino families really that big nowadays? 😮. The footprint could’ve been half, and the house would still be big. With a big landscaped yard.
The constant zooming in and out and the large text jumping on screen is very annoying. Really didn't like the way this video was edited.
