This house is perfect for family gatherings because of the big parking space and dining area, also the staff quarters is good too💚
The bare house without any furniture is already an exquisite magnificence on its own what more if it's fully furnished with a family living lavishly in it.
This house will drive me crazy, seeing and cleaning all those finger marks on all the glass walls. Also the privacy, your neighbors can see everything that's happening inside your house.

This is exactly what my dream house looks like!!! The kitchen with glass where you can see the view from outside, the stone, full of wood and glass. The interior design is very filipino!
doesn't look like a house but more like an office bldg (it's the glass elements in the interior walls i guess), the adobe-like stone walls are nice btw. this house is perfect for big families with lots of social gatherings i suppose

Should be “ DOUBLE PANE not DOUBLE GLAZED” . That promotes a vacuum seal between the glasses that further provides excellent INSULATION for the house . That’s why even if hot outside, it’s cold and comfy inside. Hi Julia, keep up the excellent work.

I'd use it as a vacation home. It's such a spacious and sleek house. This house was worthy of 44 minutes. Julia really made me stick to the end of it.

The house is gorgeous! But for $9 million, why is the fence off of the kitchen view the rent-a-fence type? Hopefully they add something (like the massive elephant ears from the other side) so you cover the janky fence. It doesn’t compliment the house at all.

House is not over-engineered. Purpose of the large steel column is to support the cantilevered corner (No exterior columns at the pool edge)

Oh. My. God. This house is STUNNING! Although I would rather build this house on a larger, open space land area than in a gated community where houses are closer to each other and your neighbours could see whatever is going on inside your house.
Simple if you are that rich, if you hear your neighbor selling their house buy it to enlarge your property.

This is near perfect. The only thing missing is a large garden and solar panels on the roof. The only issue for me is 3rd floor's storage for the water tank/pump/heater. They should've placed the door outside since it will flood the interior if there's pipe leakage or water tank implosion/explosion due to pressure.

i just think the excellent design the architect is really excelent.
Great house! Notice how Julia has the same wardrobe in all of her videos versus the other copycats that try hard to do the same execution but seems to be more flashy in terms of wardrobe, makeup, etc... is that Julia doesn't rely on her looks( even if she is pretty) but her strengths are her communication, delivery, and presentation.
