Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "what causes chronic fatigue" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Diyadelyn Ziyily Idea - (do a google search )?
It is an awesome one off product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS - Also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME) minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my colleague got excellent success with it.

Oh my goodness thank you so much for this Raelan what an incredible interview with Liz and I can resonate with so much. I laughed, cried and had goosebumps from head to toe through this video. I can not agree more that looking after our mental health is imperative we can not expect our bodies to heal if we are caught up in stressful thinking, the mind and body are one unit 100% connected you need both to be healthy to be able to live a full functional life. We can eat the right foods, do the exercise however no matter how much you rest your body if your mind is in constant fight or flight then your body is going to be exhausted, I think you need to have that positive mindset to have a full healing response kick in. I am now actually seeing a common element in these recovery stories and again it is down to a positive mental attitude. Raelan and Liz you are doing amazing things and I hope that maybe one day I can share a similar story and help others 💜🙏🏻

Hey folks - Raelan and Liz. Thank you for your candour and support ladies. It REALLY helps to see people who have gone through the same thing you are currently battling with. Thanks for all the helpful tips Liz, and the bible bashing etc.
I am struggling with CFS/ME and pain. Been a weird journey. Sustained an injury in 2009, together with swine flu, trauma, hijack attempt, breakup, last year of medical school. And the pain was the first thing that reared its head - had an osteochondral lesion in my right ankle, but it was treated with an arthroscopy and there was a short period of CRPS symptoms - mottling of the skin, burning sensation, and unfortunately bilateral ankle pain.
Realised later that I also battle with EDS (ehler danlos type 3) ligament laxity, which also contributed to the chronic pain. And then Mast Cell Activation syndrome. And it all started making sense. A history of hyperactivity to histamine, gut symptoms etc.
Unfortunately there has also been lots of Herpes family virus activity too - EBV, CMV, Coxsackie B3&4, Herpes Zoster, Simplex 1. Did improve a bit on Valacyclovir earlier in the year, but Valganciclovir is really what I need. Helped sooo much with PEM - post exertional malaise, and my pain. Some people, Jen Brea I think, has mentioned that viruses can also contribute to ligament laxity - possibly why she developed CranioCervical Instability and tethered chord.
Been interesting this year to realise that I also have partial empty sella, like Jen Brea did. Low B-cell (lymphocyte) count. Low testosterone. Low thyroid. Low LH.
Anyway. What I did want to say is that despite the history, which I think is important, because a lot of us are battling, and there are physical parameters, measurable lab counts, that point to common findings in ME/CFS patients, despite all of this, I also realise that one has to take ownership of your health.
18 days ago my pain specialist had the bright idea of changing my morphine in my intrathecal pump to sufentanil. Have been feeling like an extra in Trainspotting for the past 16 days - went through horrible opioid withdrawal.
What have I found to be helpful: Empowering yourself. Getting back into a good routine. Pacing. Gentle exercise when possible - try and get out and about everyday. If I didn't have chronic pain, something that you experience at all times of the day, lying down, all the time, ... And that is without the normal muscle aches and joint pain that comes with ME... things would be easier.
Diet is important. Paleo-keto. Don't do dairy, grains, sugar, alcohol or foods with high histamine content or histamine liberators if you battle with that as well.
Remove as much stress from your life as practically possible. Stop feeling guilty about not being able to contribute or earn money. You need to look after yourself, and spend your energy on enjoying the time that you have available, the moments in the day when you feel capable of enjoying and appreciating things.
Support network- friends that get it.
But don't make it your identity. You are not just ME/CFS. You are much more than that. So essentially, even though it might feel as if your life is on hold, decide to start living your life again and enjoying every moment.
Go out and learn from children. They will show you how to create joy out of nothing.
    That's all for now.

I love Liz! Thanks both of you for these recovery videos. I’m just coming out of a big crash now after not having had one for 6 months and these recovery stories feel life line of hope in an ocean of hopelessness. I had been feeling the strongest and most vibrant in 4 years and really let the thought creep in that this condition was finally over. A fairly bad bicycle accident that had me layed up in bed for two weeks 54:22 with debilitating pain from rib injuries and then the tentative enquiry to my 95 yr old mother, if she would now be comfortable with me visiting her despite my unvaccinated status to which she agreed, set off this viscous cycle of stress that led to a crash. I haven’t seen any any of my family in 3 years since just before Covid. My unwillingness to get vaccinated and my well researched belief that these vaccines were not safe and effective as the narrative was being propagated, led to the conclusion that I had been misdiagnosed with me/Cfs and more likely had bipolar personality disorder…. This was like a punch in the stomach for me. Me/Cfs and Covid have been subject that have been completely taboo with my mother and sister for the past 2 years. It’s been very isolating and invalidating. I feel fearful of my mother passing without seeing her and yet know that she triggers such stress and emotional discomfort in me that I’m terrified seeing her will set me back to square one. This makes me feel so guilty and stressed.

Number 10 is DNRS, and I explain more about it. 🦋

However I did spend a lot of time in the sauna and got my dental amalgams removed by a dentist with proper safety equipment when I was in stable part of my recovery journey. I also avoided high-mercury fish. I of course took dozens of supplements throughout my journey for detoxing...but no special protocol. As I healed I tapered off my supplements.

I feel like I've done all of this stuff for my 11 yo, and she's NOT getting any better :( We moved from Scotland to Canada to escape mold, I'm giving her 10 zillion supplements to combat whatever is going on with her (B12, b complex, glutathione, coq10, magnesium etc etc), she's pacing and resting a lot and getting to do things she loves. She's even sleeping with me because if not, she wakes up scared - we prioritize sleep at all costs. We leave family get togethers by 7pm to get her home and in bed for 8pm. When we go to the grocery store, she stands on the end of the cart and I push her around to not waste her energy. She rides a horse 1 time/wk and I go get the horse and deal with the majority of the actual work so she can just have fun and ride. She's not been in school for 6 yrs - home saving energy but doing some online courses. If she feels at all unwell I say just rest give a CBD gummy etc - she's been sick for 6 or 7 years now. This is never going to end. We just started neurofeedback and about to start Perrin.

my daughter has POTS and EDS but isn't POTS the same root cause as ME/CFS? I've been watching so many recovery stories and it all just seems so simple that I wonder if it's almost coincidental timing?! We try and try but what has actually done it other than self care, reducing stress (a homeschooled 11 yo has no major stress), serious pacing etc.

    • @HealwithLiz
      @HealwithLiz Před 7 měsíci +1

It's wonderful you're helping her focus on joy. You give her a CBD gummy every time she says she fells at all unwell? What a different experience than me. My mom forced me to go into school when I was violently ill. What I think all kids need is a happy medium - neither over-protective nor bulldozer aggressive. I wouldn't mess with CBD this can affect the nervous system, especially for a child. Relying on gummies with drugs doesn't seem like a good long term solution. Also, while it's wonderful you're allowing her to take it easy, be mindful of the language you use "saving" "wasting" energy as if it's a finite thing and her condition as a permanent thing "never going to end." Consider framing it in a healing-focused way. Sending my support. Also, cultivate two different identities between you and your daughter. Have her explore nervous system regulation programs, brain retraining, somatics, and get in some fun yourself. Have her lead the way, and you are just there as an unbiased support.

The cause for me was the microwave oven. This may sound unbelievable: the internet states that the use is harmless or that the danger is cancer or a reduction in vitamins.
The first consequences were: pain in the neck, fatigue, sore throat, depression, .....
After 3 months without a microwave oven these symptoms disappeared.
Consequences are greater the closer the microwave oven is to you: if the oven is right next to your dining table, for example.
If you bring this to your members' attention, those who wish can give it a try and let you know about their experiences. Everyone can now participate in the study!
People will not think much of CFS. Organs are not damaged. It looks more like an internal strangulation.
I don't know if that can be found. The muscles tense under the influence of microwaves (microwave), Hence the pain and the intestines are too tense, which makes digestion poor and too few vitamins are absorbed. In the throat one has pain due to the tensioning of the muscles there. Be careful not to cure other diseases with fatigue for CFS.
