A lot ppl don’t realize how crazy it is to be running 7-7:15 min/miles for that long
I know it says they did, but do the math 62 miles in 12 hours is about 1 mile / 12 min
Any time I see a video involving Courtney Dauwalter, i'm watching. This was amazing to see two friends run a 100K like it was nothing but a walk in the park.

That was a serious 100km run. I’m going to run a 42km marathon on my birthday later this month. I do at least 1 a year. But run short 10km & 21km runs all the time. Sometimes 30km.

Apart from these two amazing human beings, this video is on another level comparing to the previous stuff on the channel. The tone and especially the music is way more mature and represent the ambience much better than the usual trap music (IMHO). Kudos to the production team! 🖤 Looking forward to see this with Goggins.

YES. My best friend is a park ranger at Frozen Head State park and lives on that park. Seeing the people show up to that race is a wild sight. People from all over the world.

8:20 we were always taught to bike with traffic but run into it, are the road rules different in Oregon?
Yes in running you run against traffic so that you can react and move accordingly
I am sure you already know this reference to Mt. Pisgah, but I read it this morning and wanted to share it:
