I listened to David goggins book can’t hurt me in January this year 2 chapters in I bought some running shoes and went from not being able to run 1 mile to doing half marathons every Sunday and totalling 30 miles a week this time next year I’ll be doing ultras. And every time I feel like quitting I listen to the book again
When I see that footage and hear others’ stories about him, I am reminded of his book and am in awe of how spectacular it truly is for what he has come out of and how he has attained a level of mental fortitude that is beyond just being tough. He literally explores his mind deeper than most philosophers and theorists. I listened to David goggins book can’t hurt me in January this year 2 chapters in I bought some running shoes and went from not being able to run 1 mile to doing half marathons every Sunday and totalling 30 miles a week this time next year I’ll be doing ultras. And every time I feel like quitting I listen to the book again
