I usually make my own red pickles. I buy a big jar of pickles and remove a third of the liquid. Then I add a bottle of Chamoy, a whole small bottle of Tajin and half a cup of Valentina. Then I add a dash of salt. Scratch that I don't want it that salty. Then I let it sit in the fridge 3 weeks to a month.
