    Mine sat outside all winter, with the head wrapped up in a dogfood bag. I didn't even drain the fuel this Spring. I wanted to see if it would start.
    PURGED FUEL six pumps;
    Full choke, pulled twice, burped.
    Choke off, pulled twice, fired up and ran.
    This thing is a TROOPER!

      7:22 huh..... lets give it some time to see if you are eighr or wrong and if others see a mistake at different times.... i guess i should have said mechanical geniuses need not apply lol buuuutttttt, i feel like you may be wrong... at least partially 😉🙃I actually was gonna see if you have an email on your channel I need your help on a trimmer and a saw.... do yiu ever have 2 strokes just do mystical shit that can't be explained? I know several mechanics that every so often they just have a piece of equipment that just somehow there's something that can't seemingly be diagnosed, and sometimes the item will just mysticaly be cured, been wondering if you ever fave that bc I've yet to see you have one of those on your channel...

      On a serious not Scott I know you're busy man but I truly could use your wisdom man you're good at what u do, often times my frustration makes me miss simple shit I'd really appreciate if I could email you about this echo bc I've had basically the same issue with two hand held echo blowers in the past, and the saw....wellllll I wanna know which side of a specific argument u stand on

    at 7:24 time stamp you put the gasket on against the carb body instead of the fuel pump diaphragm. the check valve flaps on the diaphragm piece can't touch the holes in the carb body to pump fuel properly because the gasket is spacing it out. So those were on in the wrong order.

    Hiya, I think you installed the pump side diaphragm and gasket in the wrong order? The diaphragm needs to be against the machined surface of the carb body.. Luv ya videos...

      Is this your guess at the mistake I made?

    • @chrismcgregor4789
      @chrismcgregor4789 Před 4 měsíci

      @chainsawredeemer85 I just always check them if there not priming

      @chrismcgregor4789 Před 4 měsíci +1

      Thats a simple things we miss sometimes. Then tear the whole carb apart and rebuild it. And it turns out primer bulb.

    • @chainsawredeemer85
      @chainsawredeemer85  Před 4 měsíci

      The primer bulb was fine backwards install order of pump diaphragm and gasket
