This was the final mission of the Shoalie. It was sold to another angler. Picking up a new kayak next week. Loved the Shoalie, one of my favorites. If you have followed me for a while, I sale them before they lose value. We’ve been through a lot. 😂
Sad day. Excited to see what you float next!
Some great catches! Definitely looked like you had a great time out there. Enjoyed the video buddy! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching, it was a good time.
You gonna do the Kayak Adventure Series in July at The Ozarks
I will look into it. I have some trips coming up, so if it works out. I will try it out.
🤘🏻😎🤘🏻
Awesome catches dude
Its so hard to catch arkansas rivers when its a good float
Yep and we already need rain. Hopefully we get some this week.
If it ain’t bone leave it at home!
lol
What length paddle do you like for creek or river fishing? Thanks.
My kayaks are 32”-34” wide and I usually have my seat in the low seating for rapids etc. I use a 240cm paddle size 99.9% of time. My paddle adjusts and can be extended to 260. Never used that option though. Tight lines! Thanks for watching
How long til we get to see some ck1 action? Im itchn to see it....
Supposed to pick one up this week from H2:4. Haven’t heard anything yet, the Crescent truck is coming in this week sometime. Maybe a week or so. I took the Primo out on a crazy creek recently and it’s the next video. Appreciate the support and pun. lol
Getting new kayak or just getting rid of one? Ive seen you fish out of a few of them now over the years.
Getting a CK, sold my Shoalie. Several subscribers recommended me to try one out. So finally, I’m buying one. lol
Jackson coosa x loading ?
I use to own a Coosa. Not the x though. Actually downsizing to something lighter for car topping. CK1
nice topwater action! final adventure on the shoalie??
Sold it! I usually just keep them a year or two.
@@Itchin2Fish cool! I love my crescent kayaks! I have not tried a shoalie, a bit big for my size and needs, looks like a great fishing platform though
What's the next kayak?
CK1. Need something light with this shoulder of mine.
@@Itchin2Fish Why not the Primo or UltraLight? I think both are slightly lighter. I ask because I'm struggling to decide between the three for my next boat.
@@Itchin2Fish I have been waiting for this. The rod management is so clean with the space alongside the seat and it actually is more fun to paddle in my opinion. I have been running that Primo really hard lately and have been having a lot of fun on it. The CK1 is every bit as portable as a Primo and with that sharper edge is actually easier for me to lift solo. I like all three of the small boats Crescent makes but that CK1 is a beauty. Something you can grow with for sure.
@@jvonthunhe has a primo and has had an ultralight. @itchin2fish going for whole lineup 😂
@@jvonthun I’ve never been on a CK before, so wanting to try one out. It’s a little longer, so tracking and stability will be better in theory. It’s one a few pounds heavier too with the length and width. Rounder bottom than the ultra lightweight like the Primo, so better maneuvering on moving water. Also I can put more camping gear on it as well as gear fishing due to the better weight capacity.
The Primo is better than the UL in performance and stability in my opinion. I would recommend it more, but with the keel of the UL, it tracks way better.
