What about if mom went to rehab can it be brought out in family court ? Can I add it to my declaration? Can I request that drug tests be ordered on mom?
Does one party have a mandatory Disclosure obligation to inform the other parent when the children are protected by unrelated DVRO ? Joint legal and physical custody. Week on week off visitation schedule.
What about if one spouse accuses the other spouse of substance abuse and is the reason why seeking full custody in family court. Can they order records and or testing? .

I really need to get ahold of my mother's psychiatric records because I need to prove that she may still be capable of doing the same abuse to my children who are living with her right now while I receive trauma therapy and grief counseling from losing my dad. My mom was the victim of molestation and a lot of rape and sexual abuse as a child and youth and never received any comfort or support from her mother or family. She has never gotten any therapy all these years either. I have also become suspicious that she, from her mental illness, has sexually abused a few of our animals. The first one, looking back was my golden retriever who was a neutered male. He was having a hard time going down the stairs as if he wasn't wanting to move his back leg too far from his body. I looked under to see what the problem was and what I saw was absolutely the worst infection I had ever seen on a male dogs penis. His entire groin area was just covered with thick yellow discharge and his penis was half out of the sheath as it was being strangulated by a long piece of his hair that, at the time I never realized, appeared to be tied around his penis so tight I had to actually untie it. I have researched about this specific abuse and it said a lot of people who were victims of sexual molestation and abuse often abuse animals. My mother had sexually abused me as a toddler and I have no memory of her from age 2 and a half to about age 6. I believe my dad caught her hurting me because I only remember him potty training me and he was the one who bathed me and my brother. It was as if my mom wasn't even there at all. So I am really needing to know if during those 4 years if she had been committed to the psychiatric lockup for child molestation. Can you please let me know if it is possible for me to have someone access these records. My children could be at risk.
Amongst other fabricated ‘evidence’ the other parent supposedly had children seen by some unnamed psychologist and submitted a letter from unsaid psychologist stating that children were being psychologically damaged by things talked about by Respondent to children during visits with armed guards present, and therefore visitation would be discontinued if there was continuation of subjects filing party didn’t like. Letter blacked out the name, address, phone, name and signature of psychologist. Is that legal?
Something related that I believe applies in alot of cases: how to handle it when both parents have mh issues and only one is actually in treatment. Is the parent recieving treatment automatically on the back foot because records exist for them and not the other one?
It all sounds like common sense but in reality It does not matter like in my case I just completed Chemotherapy less than a year before my ex filed for divorce and my Cancer and treatments were not ever given any consideration by the Judge as I am also a Disabled veteran.So the rule is if you are a Man in a divorce you are definately going to lose everything even if you think your lawyer is good.
@Paul Foxworthee No I ended up with two lawyers who totally screwed me over I spent over twenty thousand dollars only to become Pro Se and then lose my half of everything.I am Paying Alimony alsoy half of the home lost but I cant afford to live where I have to pay rent.There is No Law or Justice System I am a Republican and The Judge in my case and all the Lawyers on both sides were also Republicans so there you go on how corrupt America is.

Brian great video. What about medical Bill's. Pertaining to children? Can hipaa protect to a third party, like another lawyer?
