1. Intentional or reckless acts (intended to cause severe mental or emotional distress)
2. Causation (actual and proximate cause - no superseding intervening acts that cutoff liability)
3. Severe mental or emotional distress (more than hurt feelings or bruised ego).
Keep in mind this definition may vary depending upon what state you live in and may differ for things like vulnerable Plaintiffs such as kids, children, the elderly (keep in mind financial elder abuse), and pregnant women.
4. By extreme and outrageous conduct - the conduct must be beyond all bounds of decency that a civilized society should be expected to tolerate.

I was abused by my ex an alcoholic narcissist fireman who used his public reputation and persona and lured me into his web of lies, cheats, manipulation that was beyond cruelty. I learned that manipulation is a manifestation of abuse. I came across of firefighters’ code of ethics required for both on AND off duty. I am exposing him to his fire department and also going to report him to authorities for possible financial fraud.

I had literally never seen more pleasure, light, and gratification in anybody’s eyes as when I saw my husband elated that I was emotionally and psychologically as low as I could get and where he wanted me to be. Let me make it noon that I am in control of my thoughts, behaviors, emotions etc. However, I let this get to me I let him and my mother as well breaking me. He would literally get off from my pain. These people are evil and they will get pleasure from you being at your lowest.

Please know my heart goes out to you my friend, as we speak I'm going through the same exact thing and I am so broken my husband is doing the same thing to me and I am a strong woman but I am so low right now, sometimes I just want to die but I know there's nothing I would ever do. My stupid pharmacist listen to him and of course I almost lost my life. I take this medication called Evoxac for an autoimmune condition I have, basically Lupus. Without those pills I actually am unable to swallow and have almost choked to death numerous times since I have gotten sick and yes I almost died. He also made it a point to withhold my service dog back, this is two front paws dangled in the air, as Komar STILL had to helplessly endure the horrors of my pain. That was enough to cause him to have closer seizures and he lost his life shortly after he incident. Meanwhile I was being beaten at the command of internal affairs of Wayne township as well as Wayne township police. You should have seen the smoke look on their faces as they beat me senselessly, already a disabled woman, I left there permanently disabled, neurologically impaired, unable to probably write anymore. The torment was mentally excruciating. When I pleaded with them at one point I simply couldn't breathe my heart has been going so fast I couldn't catch my breath and I was screaming and crying begging them to stop. That is when they called on it really huge security guard to join their party, as this man had gotten a running start from the hallway landing full body weight onto my tiny 110 lb body almost flattening me and breaking my back like a cartoon character. And he ice the cake, since I wasn't able to breathe as it was by taking my mask and shoving it halfway down my trachea. That is when I noticed my arms had blown up spewing blood everywhere. Yet that was not enough for them they were hungry for more of my blood. The main doctor begin to torment me as a staff just kept laughing at me it was awful when I refuse to answer a pretty again anything they wanted me to the blows to my head & I already disabled body had gotten got harder and harder. I couldn't even recognize the screams that were coming out of me I thought it was someone else Joe my soon to be ex-husband, I'll call him My Parasite. Who was the same I don't know how long I was there I'm sure it was hours and hours but I truly have no recognition of time anymore I think they're saying it probably I know that I am unable to write properl ie: It's challenging to write "curly numbers and letters" such as the number 8, 3, 0, 6 look I can't see your name every letter number have trouble writing now because clearly there was enough damage to my brain that I woke up like that unable to function completely, speak, anxiety was so scared my speech was minimal so is my I eye contact. Now I'm going blind I wonder why! My disease is ravaging my body so I've never been in worse shape in my life my symptoms are unbearable and this parasite of mine could care less and is actually ensuring the fact that I do not see a doctor as he has harassed one office around until we got to the point where they got so angry at me they treated me so badly I couldn't take it anymore I believe he threatened to have her deported, my staff of home health aids, and anyone who has left to be my friend was all taken away from me, and let's not forget my family he has managed to bring Washington as well of course I wasn't very hard especially because they have dementia pretty easy job and they want nothing to do with me on their last months here on Earth for they're taking away from me for good I must suffer my first job of PTSD when my and that changed my life! Taking my weakness and he is literally burying with it as every day I cry every day I cannot believe, I hardly have medication only when he feels like he breaks in my house almost every night but I honestly don't know what he's doing here my guess would be maybe he's bugging the house before he seems to be two steps ahead of me. Every time I say something now he brings up first verbena whatever I had said the night before he will bring up first and I'm like okay and he's also on a friendly basis with the very people who did this to me my hacker across the street and their family. I'm going to have to stop now because there's a thousand more things he has done this continues to do and I'm going to actually go vomit. It tells me out right what a wimp he really is. Same with your wife if she was truly a strong woman she would never do this to you. She is well aware that she is not worth much as a human, rendering her to stand on the side of evil, hurting the man she has married and vowed to love. That tells me that she's the weak one between the two of you. Very good presentation ! Wish my divorce attorney had paid attention. Years later in another issue a compassionate attorney saw the truth. Behavior was so outrageous he first thought I was nuts but when he looked into things.... all was revealed. Because of the outrageous purposeful behavior , I will never ever be in the presence of nor accept any contact with the person(s) involved. I still have ptsd. Pure evil !

Hi, I live in California and I have suffered greatly from my narcissist ex. He “gaslighted” me daily. He physically abused me. I have 5 collapse disc, whiplash, fractured tail bone. My left leg is forever damaged. He fractured my jaw about a month ago. He broke my nose before. My stutter started to come back a few months ago. Plus with a speech impediment along with it. Am not sure if it has to do with the abuse or not.
I have ptsd because on April 12,2017 he decided to pull a gun out. Long story. He went on a smear campaign on Facebook about me. He got his parents verbally me too. His dad calls me from, a unknown number and hangs up. Daily. At one time I had to put a protective order against him. The abuse was so bad. I thought I was losing my mind. Seriously.
I want justice. I want people to know about this family and what they do to people. Am not the first victim. Please help me be the last victim. This person is on felony probation already.
I am in pain every day. I couldn’t even walk with my daughter this year for trick ‘o’ treating.

Proving negligent intent of mental and emotional distress is extremely difficult.

You need consent to record in most states. Otherwise it is inadmissible, unfortunately

Even financial abuse and going through multiple phones and you had a normal life and then steal all funds via cyber online
@@glizzard1894Exactly, and that means an illegal recording for example in a private space or home means an even bigger potential lawsuit. Torts laws exist for a reason and the privacy of all people should be respected regardless. No one has the right to someone else’s personal life. Only mentally ill people engage in that type of activity. That’s why I have sign in my bedroom that prohibits and and all surveillance. ✌🏾

One destroyed me, my life, & reputation using a smear campaign by what he's talking about in this video. Had me arrested & prosecuted for battery by bold-faced lying to the police. 8 yrs. later my life is still destroyed. These people should face legal charges for the damage they do.Left me penniless & destroyed my employment prospects as well. Something needs to be done with these evil monsters.
It's all smoke and mirrors with those people. My short replies probably reflect how depressed I feel for having barely anything left while she lives happily and comfortably, like nothing happened. Smh.
I didn't even realize the extent of the obvious intentional outrageous acts against my person and strange behaviors, extreme and outrageous, were caught on my surveillance cameras. No sound, but it is so blatant, anyone would notice and ask WTF? How did you not call the police.. I knew they had a mode of operation that allowed them to segue into a scenario appearing "normal", but not if they look at the camera footage, which actually would make their "nothing to see here" front prove the intentional and pre-meditation factors on top of the outrageous acts caught on camera as well. Your story is similar to mine. It's not easy to protect yourself because the landlord (and my ex) analyze all actions on bank statements. Sometimes requesting more details about all withdrawals of cash above $40

I've tolerated forms of harassment from a neighbor for 5 years now even their child writing die intended for me to see as he intentionally came out there when no one else was around. my landlord has screwed herself admitting in an email she knows they are trouble makers but always takes their word because she claims she's the one being harassed 🙄 its ridiculous. I cant even sleep when I want to because they make noise all the time. Steve, I am in my 7th year of continuous and intentional harassment by my next door neighbor. He is as nasty as they come. He is a licensed psychologist here in Arizona so he knows what he is doing. Your videos have inspired me to start the ground work to put an end to it. I am keeping a daily log of his actions..... I have 4 years of log so far. Does your firm address harassment cases.? We are retired and have limited funds and we are scared of him and his probable retaliations. Thank you.

I had a coworker who is narcissistic that is getting another coworker of mine to talk to his relatives that grew up with me to find dirt on me. The guy personally said he was going to find something on me. He won’t find anything on me but I am really offended by this.
Trying to get you placed on the domestic terrorism list - then you would have become a targeted individual (Trump actually initiated a congressional report on this due to his own campaign being infiltrated by these “crisis actors” which are people who are paid to stalk harass and literally “act” out SCRIPTED scenarios called street theater skits designed to set up a crime or enable a false accusation -these are generally civilians and they are hired by various agencies as cops infraguard BSIS etc they are hired as “security ACTORS” and the things they do are MIND BLOWING- they are paid in housing cars gift cards etc for their nefarious deeds that they act out in a domestic community as DRILLS for supposed terrorism - thing is their targets are currently at over 85% SINGLE FEMALES w kids and pets oh they love to hurt pets….that’s what kind of people they are-by the way this cong report clearly proves that Trump campaign workers were purposely targeted under false pretense and attempted to get some kind of agreement that a Russia collusion happened- BUT this is a civilian and this one has fake press credentials and singled out a lonely alcoholic to buy drinks for and then use what’s called “directed conversation” trying to get this guy to admit to a crime in very strange ways WHILE AT A BAR AFTER MANY DRINKS- it’s exactly like Nazi brown shirt stassi spying - very interesting read that Trump tried to bring up at the debate and it fell on deaf ears- he warned that this was what the world was headed for - and he was right these people operate on no ethical basis they act out scenarios that a scrip writer makes up and they use innocent people to be the supposed “terrorist” by slander campaigns and lies even changing the entire background of a person to make them look like a total criminal- and if the target say has been molested- they will TELL the stalkers THEY ARE A MOLESTER OR HARM CHILDREN- this is to them maximum effect of trauma and ensures that the people doing the “group hunting and harming” HAVE HATRED BIAS AND MOTIVATION TO DO THE EVIL THING THEY ARE ASKED TO DO

They ignore it like they are illuminati and have the shhhhhh vow of silence-in fact i see this entire program the same as the “hidden hand “ which is the Masonic illuminati sign of one hand in the jacket that all of the celebrities do in photos- now if a campaign is just beginning there will be anyone from police fbi cia dhs psych drs who may or may not be real THEY WILL HAVE ALREADY SECRETLY spoken usually multiple times with doctored “evidence” to various people who the target would likely reach out to to say that they are being followed by all red cars and people in red who are all sticking out their tongues- THIS SOUNDS SILLY but to experience this overt harassment by over 100 people as you walk alone to the store or are out for a walk or jog- they WANT the target to KNOW THEY ARE THERE - and the drs police etc have already spoken to the support people in. This persons life and instructed them to CALL THEM FIRST if the person exhibits any “paranoid” or odd behavior or claims- SO the person who calls for help is immediately dismissed as CONFIRMATION of what the fake or paid acting shady police psych drs etc HAD WARNED THEM ABOUT- so when this person calls their most trusted people as their husband wife best friend- they are not only not believed but they have now caused them to OBEY authorities and call them to tell them that YES THEY ARE TOTALLY SEEING THINGS AND PARANOID- the person waits for the loved one AND FAKE POLICE EMT FIRE AND PSYCH ARE WHO SHOW UP - and they begin their first psych involuntary commitment……now imagine THIS IS A VETERAN……the family has just helped in the first step of his destruction and eventual loss of everything everyone including finances jobs etc and eventual homelessness and insane or non credible for any way to stop this total destruction (they call this zersztrung (spell is off) but if they do not want the risk of this person who just fought in a war for his or her country and may have seen too much or wanted out or otherwise refused to compromise their morals and could have been dangerous to allow to let their secrets out or whatever- THIS IS HOW WE HAVE SO MANY HOMELESS VETERANS WHO ARE PUT THROUGH THE PSYCH SYSTEM WHICH MAKES YOU CRAZY AND THEY HAVE BEEN DESTROYED CREDIT BACKGROUND JOBS FRIENDS FAMILY CHILDREN ARE ALL TAKEN OUT OF THE PICTURES AS WELL AS A “fake” documented progression of criminal activity insanity and whatever other things they can get away with - thus NOBODY IN SOCIETY WILL EVER TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY EITHER - and all of this was done very much on purpose and methodical progressive and they hope they commit suicide as a goal - alll of his is acted out by non military players who can lie cheat steal with full impunity under the stupid post 911 terror laws -
This is just one of the more disturbing targets others are whistleblowers or ex employees etc - but the majority of these targeted people are placed on these “lists” that they will never get off of - by simply having their name turned in to the agency and they have zero oversight so all the names are placed on the list- when my own targeting began over 23 years ago- the stats were almost even at 60/40% women being the majority- it’s now up to over 85% WOMEN AND THEY ARE GENERALLY SINGLE AND CONSIDER THEMSELVES “CHRISTIAN”- this is a huge thing as they are obviously being listed BY THE CHURCH ⛪️- if you look up gang stalking or targeted individuals you will see the scope of this insanity-

Which is the voice to skull tech they used in wars but it places actual voices in a person head and it’s not hard or even needing large equipment- the other energy weapons create anything from nausea irritability anxiety confusion loss of vision cancer hallucinations pain and other distress and they are usually being employed by their own neighbors who have agreed to do this for the said cars housing gift cards remodels etc and it’s thru the wall so it’s not detectable by anyone who does not understand that this tech has been in use since ww1 and the idea of the neighbors using some kind of weapon thru the wall is ludicrous to most people and this keeps going like this until the person is homeless with only the clothes on their back no job no home no family no friends or support and now on disability or whatever and they will go on to be used for human experimentation by shady medical professionals who are usually working with various agencies or universities etc - it’s a sick program and it’s coming to the world they want one in three people be one of these “state spies” and create a social based mind control surveillance system that is not even close to being “fair” or just. If you have any questions ask because it’s usually a year or more before they begin the overt stuff and it will be progressive as they get more of your own people to turn on you and get them to sign non disclosure or they simply feel so guilty they can’t look the person in the eyes ever again - sad state or things and the program is just growing and becoming more and more well funded and now that the newest generations have no morals from the video games they play - they have no problem doing evil deeds for money or even drugs -

I just can’t thank you enough for sharing your educational videos. You explained the elements of a tort and broke it down on the whiteboard. I had to write down information based upon the issues I filed in Court as Pro Se. The judge appointed me legal counsel and what a surprise that she could make out what my lawsuit was about. No lawyer would help me. Your Videos was my inspiration to advocate for myself and son. But…. My tuition in 2001 was $4000/yr. . Same school today, $53,000/yr. $12k or 159k debt.
Not a good financial investment unless you are at a really prestigious law school and graduate at or near the top. 5%.
My background is in STEM.
Law education is unlike any other field.
So, please, really think hard about the investment.

Is she really your ex because if she lied and said she was dating you but you never dated then that would count as well. You can’t claim a false relationship and then proceed to make false statements that could never even have occurred. Log every interaction and record every conversation event of anyone that falsely claimed said false relationship to be true. That way you can sue them all. I know what type of women I date and don’t date so if someone lies and tries to push it then I’m going to take their ass to court. #fafo

I had a pain pump installed two years ago Shortly after I began having symptoms that the emergency room flagged me and said I had delusional Parasitosis. In those two years I went to the emergency room probably 10 times as well as my primary doctor and my pain management doctor and they had me flagged in the system that I was delusional. They drug tested me every time I came to the hospital and one nurse even hotline me into family services because they said I was crazy. My husband and I got a divorce because I couldn’t stop itching everywhere and he said I wasn’t trying to get help. I walked away from my house in through every single thing I on the way because I thought maybe there is something in the house that was making me sick.. I lost my hair and they kept telling me that I was pulling it out. Just say that I was depressed be an understatement because nobody believe me. I became very confused and was having vision trouble everything. I went to the hospital crying many times like somebody please help me and they would not even send a doctor into the room. I just was at the end of the rope and so I just made a choice not to refill my pain pump because I just couldn’t take much more of my doctors treating me like I was crazy. To the point I wouldn’t even say anything to them because I was so scared that they would just keep having DFS come to my house..So I withdrew from the Dilaudid and bupivacaine in my at home.. and amazing happened, all of my symptoms that was breaking my body down and stopped. So I first time looked up the the medication Bupivacaine and every single symptom that I have been suffering with for two years was listed under a serious allergic reaction and if you have a need to go to the emergency room. I wasn’t crazy my body was just breaking down from the bupivacaine toxicity. I don’t know how they didn’t catch that..So my pain management doctor dropped me And I have cancer so I have a valid pain But I’ve just been suffering through the last six months. There is no doubt in my mind that I will never be the same person that I was before this. .. I got a divorce throw away everything I owned my home completely isolated myself because I everybody just thought I was crazy. I even fear now like going to a doctor and telling them anything because I can’t be like laughed out again or just gaslight the whole time. My children had to look at their mom and think she’s crazy but still want to be there to love me. My daughter has been inpatient hospitalized two times in the last year because of everything that just conspired.. trauma would be an understatement Because I mentally experienced some really scary things.. and honestly I’m scared of the doctors now. I’m just really ready to move on with my life but I am very angry the way that I was failed by the medical community. The financial loss something I don’t know that I’ll ever recover from I want importantly I don’t know if I will ever be mentally OK again… and I would hate for them to ever treat someone else the way that I was treated.. any input you could give me or if there’s a way I can talk to you please let me know. I know my message little weird but I definitely have some cognitive delays from the Medication.

I’m now going to consult an attorney next week about my two year mind numbing experience of a lady neighbor whom has caused me and my family great emotional distress. She twice drove her car at me nearly causing a wreck while I traveled in my vehicle from my home to the public roadway, and once drove at me while I was on foot going to the community mailbox from our shared private road. The harassment towards me and my family began after my wife and I politely asked her one fine summer day to not allow her son to scream at the top of his lungs while playing in their swimming pool. She slammed her front door in our faces and has had it out for us every since that day. In the very recent past I sought protection from harassment by involving the Medford, Oregon court system by filing harassment against the disturbed neighbor. The judge was profusely apologetic towards me for the situation I have endured, but stated he couldn’t sign off on my request. Again, thank you very much for enlightening me.

In California almost anything at all is now considered domestic
violence. If you do anything, anything at all, that your partner finds
uncomfortable then you can be found to be disturbing her peace which is
grounds for a restraining order. This is a violation of the 14th
amendment and the void for vagueness doctrine and is being appealed in
the courts, but as of now it is still being used.

Great information. Repetitive conduct, and I have been diagnosed with ptsd, and have been caused fright and humiliation and anxiety and actually have documented proof showing my diagnosis from a mental health professional and I will be suing for cause of emotional distress. And I indeed have witnesses who have witnessed events, my parents and my brother and sister in law and I believe my nieces, nice to know they can collect damages as well for witnessing such events. Steve, I am suing a school district down here by Newport Beach. The district lawyers have filed a demurrer and motion to strike against my complaint. How much time do I have to oppose their actions. For some of us our name, reputation and word is all we have left after losing our kin,job,housing,flights, friendships etc due to false allegations/misinformation....It is an awful feeling to have noone to help you,no social support system,to be completely innocent dealing with this and being treated like a social leper,denegrated by complete strangers,the general public over false information,breaches,& civil rights violations....

Knowing harassment, extortion, emotional distress is only words, why isn't torts in the same category as criminal law?
It can be a fine line. Two different things. But if something is bad enough it can rise to the level of a crime (check your state laws).

Thank you for this video! I'm considering taking my brother to court for this and other legal issues regarding my elderly father who suffers with Alzheimer's. I've been his full time care giver, DPOA, VA fiduciary, and everything for the past 3.5 plus years. My brother has been after my father's home and land from the beginning and has pulled some very disconcerting stunts causing us both severe emotional distress. I also believe recent events have hastened a decline in my father due to the stress my brother's actions have placed on me. We live in a very small town that isn't near any metro areas so finding someone to represent us is going to be extremely challenging. Thank you again for this information. I realize it's meant to help those becoming lawyers, but it has helped me understand the process so I know if it's plausible to pursue such an action and will help me in my search for legal representation. my brother(s) & wife took over my mother, got in her Will, got me the dutiful daughter cut out, now they've got her Estate worth over million. I'm forced to get my rights but too often people are gloating over a daughter cut out of the Will at the last month before she entered hospital. Deepset longstanding chauvinism, misogyny. Society allowed it to happen. Brother assaulted me causing permanent injury. He's allowed to do harm to his sister. Nobody in this society will stand up for the daughter. Good Luck.

I had a protective order and he lied to get out of it. It was dismissed based on his lies and we have suffered 7 years of constant harassment. So much for protective orders. Don’t count on one helping you. Seek other means.

I have ptsd from an alcoholic sibling. Shingles, anxiety, continued verbal abuse.
I want to get my stepmother for it. I’m on the ADA for PTSD caused by her. Ive missed so much work costing me money and had so many doctors appointments. I found out that I was in the same city as my stepmother today and had major panic attacks. I was tortured by her, literally tortured as a minor.
It also hurts my education.

I've been put through hell for the last 5 years, nothing but ongoing constant intentional noise, and harassment of slamming, stomping, knocking on my door and running numerous times (while also over hearing the mother to tell her kid to do so). To the point of them slamming and banging on my walls yelling and scream after I complained saying no bitch tells me how to live in my own house. which i wish I recorded. to knowing I have health problems and their child coming out when I was bringing in groceries and writing die on the sidewalk, which I have pictures of, and the landlord claims any tenant that harasses another is automatic eviction yet nothing is ever done. so many things from coming onto my balcony and pounding on my sliding door trying to get In my apartment. my door lock being tampered with. even the landlord/owner admitting in an email that they are trouble tenants yet nothing is done. I have manic depressive disorder and anxiety, and my child has disabilities and still we are harassed. to even the child bullying and harassing my son at school. or any time I go out and they are out there she tries to intimidate me. I'm past the point of it. I've even sent the decibels to the landlord showing they were off the charts and still nothing done. I have audio and video of things as well. I'm done playing the game. I'm standing my ground this time.

Is the act of a brutal rape by a weathy... landlord, done to a single mother with disabilities ( head, neck , back...injuries, and not developmental. Also, PTSD and former anxiety and depression when first dealing with PTSD, learning about...)Also, his only hiring convicted felons to do maintenance...and the dirty work he wants done. Friends with county cops enough for them to give him a fake badge, which he did not use for the sole purpose of protecting himself while collecting rent..but to intimidate any and everyone he felt he could. He... would go thru my home, papers, receipts and condemn purchases and even stold my daughters 9th Birthday party favors, later claiming HE "GAVE ...TO THE KIDS!" He would look to my property to harm, pets and child if I was too numb. He condemned me for not fighting city hall when they were doing serious wrongs, meanwhile , so was he, others, tenants he taught to also mistreat me by humiliating me in front of plenty, in person or to my property...( management at the place we've lived at for the past 4+ years has too-plenty) On and on and on. 3 days after the brutal act, my mom passed away. On her death certificate it says that she bled out. That has always bothered me because I finally stopped bleeding the very same morning that she did the opposite while living around 1500 miles away. He knew my dad had passed away 4 and a half months prior to that and got progressively more threatening over that time period in 2010. At the time, I was able to look up his income in 2009 and it was over $499,000.00 for the properties he owned. He did not become a US citizen until my daughter and I moved to the other side of the state. I was honestly going to kill him if I did not find a way to move . I had gotten hit by a car in 2013 , I believe fully on purpose and after that, the city police began treating me poorly...He seemed to have the county police wrapped around his finger and could get away with seemingly anything, even portraying me as an evil gold digger and side chick against his wife...again, to get tenants to do wrong to me and my daughter,properly, pets...He had three different mobile home( and other) parks and never cut me a break on rent...whatsoever and my rent checks for 8+ years would prove that. If anything he cheated me terribly and helped continue to ruin my credit heartlessly. Anyway, always suffering and kept in ....areas, chaoses, running...going till the statute of limitations wears off" is pretty much the story of my life...as doctors, staff, others messed up...irregardless of my ever having any intent to sue , spanning the great corrupt ...state of N.Y. to Florida...I do have injuries from head to toe, literally and records that prove it and threats all along my whole life, some acted upon and some not. I AM being rediculously bullied even now and I've lost all steam in life to get back up this time. I'm 53 years old and tired. I was not a dumby... even scoring a perfect 4.0 while pulling 28 credits at one time at a community college many years ago and when I tried to honor the promise back to myself to go back, my tailbone got broken 2 days before stating college again and that was sabotaged even by city bus drivers, as absolutely rediculous as that does indeed sound, it 100% is and was true. I think I showed to a local hospital with full on whiplash from all of the slamming of the brakes and gas, at literally every bus stop on that route and making a gesture that was outragious. I was the only person on the bus that afternoon and he took it to the limit. I am the opposite of a person who exaggerates and have proof of that too as it was heavily ingrained in me young to not show weaknesses....and I felt embarrassed that I could not even manage to handle a couple of punk bus drivers horrid, racist, real and disabled person discriminations of me....they were wring on too many levels and used those massive vehicles like weapons and are just allowed to, here in orlando. There have been many things done against white women in this area and I am ft from alone in noticing it, here and the other side of Florida and yet, it had always been treated as though it does not exist from blacks and Spanish folks. It is blatant and in our faces and has been at the low income levels, leaving a person more and more vulnerable while costing them so much more to live, ongoingly, often feels like exploitation to extort from any recourse left available...including false diagnosis...Its a hard life. if you have any advices I would like to know besides yet another turn down without a good exclamation that leaves me hanging and wondering wtf? Not only are scars.... visible, but documented as well. Please consider
How about a known persistent violent offender and a medical Dr conspiring with two different counties and their public servants to accuse, arrest, assault, and ruin the lives of an innocent man, and malisiously, knowingly prosecute, and illegally detain this man, violating his rights, stripping him of his business, house, and freedom based on no evidence, and the statements made (with police coaching) of psychopaths with a documented history of filing false charges?. I have four years of documents to prove every statement , the police even assaulted myself, his sister, after filing A foia request regarding the arresting officer who attended court with the Dr, and one-man show investigation, interrogation, and subsequent second arrest as my brother went through the metal detector at court for his first pretrial hearing, resulting in his first bench warrant!. I even have court records that other people have filed containing statements that these two are decietful, and one text says the drug dealer even paid the cops! How about that for outrageous.
Please help us, he's sitting in county in a bench warrant issued even though he was present...I have all documents, you my friend would be astounded at the planning, execution, and collusion which is ongoing since 2016. It's been a nightmare, at best.
