I really hope he stays another year at Roma, I think it’s a nice project he has going for him and the club

@@tobiasthengs but both had superstar players that Jose catapulted them into winning the champions leagues. Militao, eto, Snjeder, and Zanetti at inter. At Porto he has Deco, Carvahlo etc. unless Roma heavily invest over the coming years for world class players it’s an unrealistic goal
Mourinho has done unreal there with the resources, elevated 15 players from the Youth Academy to First Team.
It seems like Mourinho truly enjoys Roma. After Manchester United and Tottenham it must be nice to be in Italy for a change.

There has been a steady progression of Roma each year with Mourinho in charge. I would like to see him stay at Roma for a few more seasons at least. Get to the Champions League and try to do what he did with Porto 20 years ago in 2004, but this time with Roma in 2024. Roma are also only a couple transfers away from winning the Scudetto again for the first time since 2001. They just need better depth for a long league season. Mourinho is the right man to lead them. I don't see any benefit for him to go somewhere else right now.
Mourinho should stay at Roma, so he can win the treble (conference, europa & UCL)

Mourinho deserves at least one more shot at a club with the budget and football know-how to build a CL winning team. I still believe he has one great spell left in him
Two actually , because he gonna be Portugal national team coach in probably 3 to 6 years from now and believe in a euro cup or even a WC with all the talent we have yet to flourish , by then he definitely going to be one of the best coaches ever
Pat's good to point out our expected xG conceded being so good. Our defence has been outstanding (thanks, Jose!), but we've unfortunately been let down by Rui Patrício in goal. THE WORST post-shot xG stats in the entire league is a disgrace for a player so good in the EPL. With Vicario, Falcone or Carnesecchi in goal, we make top 4. Easily.

That would be legendary if he wins the UEL with Roma then the following champions league(the fact that they won the UECL is a start).

but you miss that Mourinho has rebuilt real Madrid squad, that foundation was solid, it was helped them to win so much till now
Mourinho just needs to enjoy his time in Italy there’s no rush or pressure for him to go into a dead end like psg or something.
I wish he come back to Real Madrid, but he is doing great at Roma and if he decides to stay all luck to him his one of the greatest ever to do it and he always create a generational team were ever he goes. 👑👑

Zidane and Carlo winning these UCL were from the foundations Mourinho put in place. Perez is a fan of Mourinho... you guys dropped the ball on that one in my opinion.

If he can bring AS Roma to champion and then win the Super CUP , it will be great and perfect.
Jose only spent 7 million euros last season while two of his former clubs Chelsea spent more than 600 million pounds to add 16 players over only the course of 2 transfer windows sitting 11th with only 1 draw for the entire April his other team Man Utd also spent a lot this season and yet they’re already eliminated from Europa League so yeah he’s clearly the special one. He also achieving this while playing Smalling on defense and Tammy Abraham up front. I don’t think even Pep could’ve done it.

Mou will stay, Roma fans are passionate and unapologetic and truly appreciate him for what he is, a winner at all costs. If he wins the europa league I think that will attract a new calibre of player to Roma in the next window with the two European trophies on the bounce, clear progression, and UCL football next season. Hope he beats Sevilla.
