The complaints you have about the blush stix printing is so valid. My Cabana Club stix are indistinguishable from each other now.
Yess! I also wish they'd just have clean caps. I bought the entire collection of the recent launch with the plush pallete and all the "90s" inspired colors... There are 4 blishes and like 8 lipsticks.. All with the same outer packaging the names are on the... But no reference to the color... So ya gotta go through and open every one to find what you're looking for. Rather obnoxious

I as a Brown girl will be getting the palette at least. I'm caving in and getting wild child while I'm at. This is like all my go to neutrals in one. Also the lipsticks look cute. But I'm still working with masks so no lippies for me
My Wild Child palette 🎨 ranks in my top 3 favorite palettes that I own. I always use it. It’s proved to be one of my most used palettes. You won’t regret it! ♥️

I’m of Indian descent and literally just bought both lucky Penny and wild child. They just spoke to me.
I’m going back and randomly watching reviews on palettes I have or are thinking about getting. Lucky Penny is in my top favorite palettes easily. The way the colors make my blue eyes POP is stunning! Even before I’m done, I immediately start feelin myself. 10/10 WOULD recommend.

I want this palette because it’s so pretty 😭 but I also know I have so many dupes in my collection! I want some of the blushes and light sticks though! The comparison of stix were very helpful!
I'm only getting the Lucky Penny palette for the lightest shimmer and the gold shimmer, to swap them into the 2 of the Wild Child palette pans because I will never use either the matte with glitter or the pressed glitter. Then the Wild Child palette will be perfect!
As someone who hasn't purchased from Colourpop in a few years now, I'm here for you, your glorious swatches and your awesome reviews 🥰 The palette reminds me a little of the new Cashmere palette from Viseart, but with more mid tones in this one 🤔

How are you liking the eye primer? I have oily lids and im one of the few that the urban decay primer works well for me.
On another youtuber's channel I basically said this palette was a muted warm neutral but still rich in tone palette which is somethings a lot of people have wanted. I thought it wasn't as red/coppery in the pan and in that other videos swatches but looking at Amanda's swatches it is very red. It obviously makes sense for theme but I am kinda second guessing myself. shoot.

I judt picked up the California love palette when they had free worldwide shipping. I didn't have a basic brown palette lol so thank you for the comparison as this penny palette peaked my interest :)

I love how you don't use filters in your videos and go up close. The tiktoks and big beauty youtubers make it feel like skin texture is abnormal. I feel bad for the young people who grew up with tiktok and think that's how skin is supposed to look. Even supermodels and kpop idols don't look that flawless irl.
The look you created is very pretty. I like the Coin color in this palette, but the other colors are very similar to each other and reminds me of the ND Bronze palette. I prefer the ND one because there are lighter colors to help blend the colors out, to me this palette looks like you'll only be able to do a few different looks.
I didn't think I wanted it, now I am looking at it on your eyes Amanda and I LOVE it. If I buy it will you come over and help me use it the way you do. You look gorgeous. I am so disappointed that there is not new Lip stains. I love their lip stains and I really want more colors. They haven't put out any new ones since the line was introduced and it is such a unique formula and so special, I just need it in more colors.
The Good and Copper lite stick looks like it would be a pretty bronzer for a light skinned woman.

They nailed the packaging, it’s super cute! But I have everything you compared it to because fall color stories are my favorite. Which means I already have a ton of them.
I love these colors and the theme. I do have the California Love palette and I reach for it a lot so seeing the comparisons helped me realize that I can pass on this one. The lip colors and blush sticks tho I would totally get!

I agree, the sticks are the best thing about this collection. The palette is pretty, might pick that up on a sale at some point (well, and the sticks^^). Not a fan of big palettes, this is a lot more manageable.
Wow...this is what I call a review!!!....really great video and I LOVE the color shades comparison with other palettes. Is true, warm color are good but FOR SURE we all have it in any other forgotten palette.

Since I have the Bare Necessities and the Sandstone palettes, I am going to skip this new one. I had no idea there were so many similar shades. Plus, I just don't wear copper eyeshadow. Hey Amanda there is a 4 Ulta exclusive collection palettes from colourpop, I didn't know if you knew or not but there are only 2 video's up on it. If your interested in it, cause I know you do alot of colourpop videos which I love! Which I think I have seen these combinations before in other palettes I just can't think of where or in which pallette charm school looks very similar to one of their other pallets but it's driving me crazy cause I can't think of which pallet it reminds me of grrrr...
I don’t have the other palettes mentioned in the review so I will most likely pick it up during the next sale if it is still available. I love the oranges which are flattering for my olive skin. Thanks for the review and shout out for The Golden Girls reference!!

Beautiful! I'd wear it but my skintone is pale with pinkish undertones so I don't think this would look great on me--plus I don't really vibe with orange. Love it on you though!

I have red hair and blue eyes so this is a palette that would definitely suit me. I like the coppery tones and honestly probably wouldn’t remember to go to my bare necessities for that since that’s not what I think of when I think of that palette. I’ll prob pick this up at some point.

I am a big blush fan and I bought hen party on your recommendation and it is one of my favorite cream blushes that I have. Excited for the blush and lite sticks but will probably wait until their Black Friday sales where it can be ~somewhat~ expected that the whole website will have some deals. I’m willing to wait on that bet at least; especially since it’s just the one item. Maybe if there is free shipping again.

I love the comparisons as we spoke the other week many releases are dupes of their previously released palette. I'm skipping this bc I have some of the other CP palettes.
My first thought when I saw the palette was it reminds me of the Huda Nude Medium palette
I think this palette looks nice, but it's likely too warm for me anyway and I already have shades that are comparable. While I don't mind the appearance of the packaging itself, I don't care for CPs plastic packaging in general. I think the shadows are almost more secure in the cardboard packaging. Nice video and comparisons.

I feel like the color of the packaging really makes the shades themselves look so dull. The Yes Please palette shades look so colorful against its white background.

At the rate that Colourpop is releasing (it is even faster now), I think that that will always be the case. For me, I bought Its a Mood… then the Jewel palette came out right afterwards.
Tried and true Is such a pretty lip shade. The palette is nice but a pass for me as I don’t have much luck with the 9 pan in plastic palettes.

I do have the bare necessities and sandstone palette so this is a pass for me. But I am interested in 2 of the lip colors. Are those blush sticks kinda wet on the cheeks or do they dry down? Asking because of the face masks and wearing off...

No interest in warm neutrals, but I love your face. I resisted the urge to buy orchid you not while it's on sale right now. I have barely dipped into the beauty bay opulence palette and haven't used the pink crush cosmetics metamorphosis palette I just got. I don't need more makeup right now and colourpop will have another sale soon enough.
Every comparison palette faired better in terms of the colour range and the potential for unique eye looks. Lucky Penny is pretty but I think it would be frustrating to use.
Pretty packaging but I don't understand why colourpop feels the need to add *even more (warm) neutral* eyeshadow stuff... I appreciate the addition to the cheeck sticks (especially on the darker end of the spectrum) though.
Also, with how coppery the whole collection looks on the outside I was extremely surprised to see that the lip products were so NOT rich, warm brown(y nude) shades. Even the most nude of them looks kinda rosy/peachy leaning compared to what I expected purely on how the collection is themed.
I kinda wonder why they didn’t save this lucky theme for St Patrick’s Day and do copper and greens instead…?
