We just filled out the paperwork for the post office and handed it to the clerk. It takes about 2 weeks for the mail to forward to the new address. Glad you were able to get it done online. I agree the change of addresses is a huge job. I love what you said about the candidates!!! So True... Losing weight is hard. I love the tips you have been sharing for weight loss. I am not giving up! I went to lunch with an old WW buddy. (they closed all meetings here) Brought half home! I think the WW Goals are ridiculous. Many years ago they told me I had to be at 147.. Way too skinny never got there. Still trying to loose... I hope you get your deck done! That is nuts that he is blowing you off! I would be so pissed!
Losing weight and maintaining weight is a constant battle. I think you have to embrace that for us it's a lifestyle change. If we can accept it, it helps. My sons gave me great advice ... get rid of the scale, it messes with your mind. I'm praying for you
Maybe you could talk about 4th if July Memories tomorrow? Or favorite vacations of your life! Or things you were able to do when you had lost more that you look forward to doing again? Food related, favorite healthy summer meals and snacks?
So glad or Mary, she's coming along fine. yep, those plateau's are hard to break! Enen thou I gained 2 last week, I am still -101, so I am holding on, on my ww day I wear a ribbon that says "100 pound loser"
