Yay! Yes, don't worry about the speed of your walk. Just do the best you can and keep going:) Jim's half mile is fine! That's 3.5 miles a week. Awesome. My hubby does most of his walking in the basement and he is in great shape. Do whatever works for you so you keep doing it :) As you can see, I am a big advocate for walking. Started in 2012 and have never stopped :)

I'm on day 4 of a 30 day walk a mile a day challenge. It's almost 6pm and I haven't gone yet. Just got motivated by your video and am turning the treadmill on now. I don't have to go out to walk, I can get todays mile in right now inside with the fan on. I don't have a/c and it's currently 87 F in my home! Thanks Sandy.

As a CPAP user of many years, I stress to you how important it is to wear a CPAP when you have sleep apnea. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea almost ten years ago, and I was extremely overweight. When you stop breathing, it puts so much strain on your heart. And if you're overweight, it just magnifies the problem. I'm really worried for Jim. It surprises me that is heart doctor hasn't made it mandatory that Jim have a sleep study and start wearing a CPAP. Today, there are so many updated models to wear that those hideous mask looking ones are almost obsolete. I could never wear on of those because I'm claustrophobic, and hate having anything covering my face. The model I wear covers only my nose and has straps that go around your ears. No bulky straps around the head. If you google CPAP models, you will see all of the choices Jim would have. Of course, losing weight is crucial to lessening heart issues, but that takes time. Right now, a CPAP sounds like a necessity.

Sleep apnea is serious. And skinny people have it also. The girl I follow on CZcams is 30. And thin and beautiful. It’s a condition. I was doing same to my husband I didn’t sleep for years afraid he was going to die. Finally got him to do test. He was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea stopped breathing 58 times an hour 😮. Been wearing machine 20+ years now. Get him checked girl. He’d probably feel so much better

I love seeing the birds. I see hummingbirds at my feeder almost every day.

Walking does make me feel better in spite of not wanting to do it when I first get out of bed. But my dog is waiting by the stairs so exited when I come out of the bedroom. My husband gets up with her any where between 6 and 7 and I sleep until 7:30. I hate to disappoint her, so we go around the block. After gardening season is over, I’ll get back on the treadmill also. Keep up the good work.

You guys are soooo funny when you do the tags together although I do miss them with Jimmy. Thanks for faithfully watching my channel. My favorite restaurant has been Applebee's. Especially since they started serving the Quesadilla Burger. They have some good deals on drinks most of the time also. I'm a work early bird so I go to bed about 9pm and get up at 3:30am on most weekdays. Seems like I sleep my day away on the weekends even though I should be getting up early to go running before the heat.
