@@YourAscha I had an experience with a regular house fly 3 years ago. It lived in my house for a little over 2 weeks.
Every night it rested in the same place.
After the first week, every morning I would hold up my hand and it would fly to me.
It would just stay on my side table as I worked on my computer, sometimes for hours. It would sit on a cupboard in the kitchen as I prepared meals.
I would give it little scraps of food that it seemed to eat.
It even sat on my shoulders or head as I walked around the house and would allow me to gently touch its wings…
After a little over 2 weeks, the fly had grown noticeably bigger, I knew it’s lifespan was almost over. So on the last day, a beautiful morning, unseasonably warm, I went to my front door with the fly on my shoulder and thanked it for spending time with me and to enjoy its last days being a fly with the other flies ( whether it understood me, who knows ) I opened my front door. It wouldn’t fly away at first so I gently nudged it with my finger. It just flew onto my mailbox. It stayed there for a few moments facing me, as if to say goodbye. Then it flew away.
I cried so much, I’m even crying now as I remember.
If I didn’t experience it, I would never believe that such a connection with a fly could be possible. Everything that lives is sentient, I’ll never forget it for the rest of my life ❤

Hopefully they live on a wildlife preservation. There was a guy who guarded elephants on a wildlife preserve in South Africa for years, when he died, all the elephants showed up to his funeral unannounced to pay their respects.

Beautiful elephant. God bless that elephant. Such precious animals. It's amazing how animals interact with people. People learn from animals and animals either act on human behavior. I have been noticing that animals are more and more intelligent than we have thought. I seen many animals interact with people asking for help showing that they also have feelings, are protective with their babies as much as human parents are to their children.
