Day 27 | Drills, Q&A, Sparring! YOKKAO USA Tour 2023 in Conshohocken, Pensilvania

Day 26 of the 2023 YOKKAO USA Tour this time the YOKKAO Crew roll into Conshohocken, Pensilvania at Heart BJJ Gym. Both Saenchai and Duangdawnoi fuel up and rush into the gym to get started on yet another sold out seminar this time in the unique town of Conshohocken. After a thorough warm up, it’s time to put the shin guards on and get drilling. From from fakes to set up more devastating strikes, combinations and unique defences in the form of sweeps in the clinch to shock the audience and also your opponent. After a short cool-down it was Q&A time. From query’s on the steps to perform the iconic Saenchai Cartwheel kick to what being best to block a body kick… arms or hands? Saenchais answer was swift in the form of raising his legs to symbolise checking a kick! All practical advice and well received by all in attendance laughing and the blunt but fair response. Then it was time for the main event… sparring. As Saenchai and Duangdawnoi go toe to toe with their sparring partners, smiles were all round with each and ever exchange.
