  • Large trucks unloading tons of steel. Huge transporter truck takes takes 100 to 150 ton buckets or cold ladle to steel making I apologize for some of the bad recording sun was at a bad angle. Thanks for watching

    Another great video! Very busy place. I like all of the steel plant operations as it is so amazing! American needs more plants like this to make our own products again and put people into well paying jobs!

      Thanks for watching. That is something you don't see everyday. And yes we do need more plants in our own country. This mill made some of the first rail ever rolled.

      ​@@electrictractiontrainsandt3063 Yes this plant started in 1866 or 1867. The Pennsylvania RR needed a facility to produce rails for its railroad. First it was called the Pennsylvania Steel Company. Then in 1916 Bethlehem Steel out of Bethlehem Pa.bought it. They went bankrupt then Arcelor Mittal bought it. Now Cleveland Cliffs owns it out of Ohio.
