LTM 1500-8.1 Crane Assembly

Moving our Liebherr LTM 1500-8.1 in to a jobsite, setting some MAU's, and moving it out.

Am in UK never seen one tore apart that much to keep with in road weight
Used to seeing 1750 running about roads hear

What was the reason to take off crane engine + cabine? In Europe they only remove boom.
