Is this the most POWERFUL flash trigger?

How far can you trigger a strobe? Using the @pocketwizardvids e-release software update, my friend Guy and I tested the upgraded capability of the Pocket Wizard system. The e-release update promises extra long range triggering.
In this vlog test the long distance ability of the pocket wizard system to trigger a light over 1.4 mile or 2.25 kilometers.

What a fun test for the E Release firmware! Thanks, Guy and Yvens! A note about the LR mode: it's primarily designed for remote camera triggering. You can use it with flashes but due to the size of the packets, you will lose a stop of sync speed.
A theory on why you had trouble in the beginning: It looked like you were right against a metal railing with the flash. That may have been the issue. By moving the radio up and away from the metal, it seemed to solve the range issue.
