Aespa, Stray kids (if we're including bg), LE SSERAFIM, IVE and NMIXX had really good debut songs
It`s so sad to know how many of these groups have already disbanded because of mistreatment or covid 19 (or other reasons) :( Thank you Blastar, GWSN, Hot Issue, A-real, Lilli Lilli, Cherry on top, Hinapia, Botopass, Xum, Bugaboo, Bling Bling, ANS, Khan, Uni.T, BVNDIT, IZ*One and LunarSolar. And not to forget the honorable mentions Loona and FiftyFifty.
FiftyFifty is reorganizing their lineup so technically they havent disbanded..yet

While someone else mentioned Billlie's "Ring X Ring", I'd also make the argument to include Redsquare "Color Full". Sadly they never released anything more after their debut, and even their reorganization as IRRIS seems to have failed. But "Color Full" was an amazing track that didn't get the attention it deserved...

It’s so sad though.. many groups are already gone and some are mismanaged.. I love hocus pocus a lot and bvndit only released hits after hits but somehow they never get anywhere. Higher, lovin me and tell me are all amazing songs but now the group fell apart and will never release any beautiful songs again… shut down was such a powerful debut but now i don’t see classy anywhere, their company is famous for being shitty too… It’s so sad how kpop industry is really, groups may have talented members, great song and choreography but somehow they would still fail

I know that tripleS as a group is 5th gen but AAA debuted last year so "Generation" should be here.
My favs are: Pixy "Wings", Hot issue "Gratata", Tri be "Doom doom ta", Stayc "So bad" and Mimiirose "Rose".

Companies like mnet or yg marketing their new groups as 5th gen is well, just marketing.

I don’t know much about CLASS:y but saw Shut Down in one of your past videos and it is so good that I genuinely had no idea it was their debut! Been playing it a lot over the past few months.

Some of these groups are from third generation
I consider New Jeans to be the ones who started 5th gen, since they really created a new "wave" in kpop style/music... ans someone who has been into kpop since 2018, it's really weird to be already talking about 5th gen ! (these debuts were immaculate, can't wait to see as 5th goes !!)
Wait why isn't Billlies debut here? It is way better than for exsample New Jeans....
