You can’t turn through 2 lanes. Bicycle caused the accident. But if the motorcycle hadn’t sped up to the bicycle like a jerk it wouldn’t have happened. Both are acting like they’re entitled to King of the Road title.

How is it the motorcycles fault when the bicycle guy was in the right lane, then went in the left lane and immediately goes back into the right lane. Bicycle guy did not look back at all and did not use his arm to signal right or left since he was switching back and forth? He didn’t look like he was trying to catch up with the bicycle, he was just driving really fast like motorcyclists do anyways. Not that the fast motorcycle driving is OK, they just Drive like they are living on the edge and it occurs in every state.

Exactly that’s why I was confused. They both acted ridiculous. But I don’t get the bicycle saying he is a vehicle when he’s only doing it when it convenient to him.

I ride a bike because I can’t afford another car yet. People act like people on bikes just wanna be assholes. You know how much energy is wasted stopping only to start to pedal again? It’s not easy, when physically pedaling for 30 mins to an hour. The cyclist was in a lane so the biker has no right to pass him by on that same lane. The cyclist was trying to make a turn and anyone who’s ridden a bicycle knows that you have to adjust a bit to make turns at certain speeds. The mistake the bicyclist made was not looking back. As a bicyclist - I always try to hear behind me, always look back and always think drivers are trying to kill me. I might even get a go pro to record all the times drivers almost hit me if it was not for my situational awareness
