This game is the reason i hate moles
For stonebreaker Valley, if you remove all the rocks besides the orecalcum rock, you can fill the island with orecalcum ore then farm up a large amount of orecalcum at once. Ive been able to mine about 166 orecalcum at once

@@ahreumjae9829 every few days i clear out the other rocks on the island leaving the orecalcum alone, then at the end of the month or when I need a lot of orecalcum those are the only ones left behind for me to mine all at once. I found it better than mining one or two at a time

@@juliap7526 That will work, but every day you don't mine that spawned node there's an opportunity cost to leaving it up versus clearing and having a fresh node spawn in. If you're trying to max your high end ore yields clearing daily will be best.

For those of you who struggle to get to the bottom of mine 3, it is possible. I did it and I really make bad choices. I took care of animal, woke up late, and keep smashing vein; and somehow I still got to the bottom. The secret is to avoid the gem(especially emerald) , mole, and have a ton of food and take pit fall. Just make a lot of omelets (tomato’s and egg) , salad, soup and you should be good. I try making pizza cuz it restore more stamina but requires too much ingredient and I was cheap. I try grill fish but I was too lazy to fish enough lol You can even just buy like 10 tomatoes at the grocery store to save time. Also forgot to add, a lot of the time the ladder is already reveal so just look around, play with camera to see it, and it should save you a lot of time.

Hehe thanks! Give yourself some time, mine looked like a potato until the 3rd year when I really started to focus on decorating! 😄

Soup is better than salad, soup buff is decrease stamina uses when use tools, when salad just add 2 more hearts, also the buff lasted 2 hours i think before 1 hours you will spend all 2 heart so fast, so go for soup, soup first, drink second, main dish last, dessert is for emergency only when you need to eat when full

If you wanted to bring food here my suggestion, bring 3 types of food which is soup, main dish and dessert, soup for the buff (lowering the stamina use) main dish when you need stamina alot, and dessert for if you full and needed stamina before pass out from the mole, for me this is the easiest recipe, for soup is mixed soup just one vegetable and one wild plant, because its only use one vegetable, the quality of the dish depend on the vegetable, for main dish i choose grill fish because again only use 1 fish and dish quality scale with it, alternative you can use fried egg, but for me easier for me to get multiple high quality fish in one day, for dessert the easiest one is pudding only one egg and milk, but i always go to butamochi because i always grew tea and rice, so if you grew rice and tea butamochi the best option, but if you dont just stick with pudding
in my personal opinion... it's always better to fall down to hole... because you can consume lots more stamina anyway to find stairs...
make sure your soup buff ON when jumping on hole to reduce the heart loss...
also Soup > Salad in my opinion.
You're right! If the ladder isn't visible right away it might always be better to jump in the hole!

@@AmarSam any soup will be fine... the easiest one(also cheapest) is getting blood clam in your beach and cook it to soup...
of course if you have high lv soup will help on the duration of the buff... so it depend on what your farm produce. but i personally used yellow potage in early game a lot since the ingredients is potato and milk. 😁 lategame i just cook anything i want since i have most of the ingredients.

Thanks I've been waiting for this specific tip video as I am needing lots of orichalcum ingots now to get the horticulture plant and some giant makers. I bought the season pass for this rather than getting Cozy Grove due to money problems. The first set of dlc hits on April 29 next week here in Canada at least and I can't wait to see tips on that from you.
I did know all of what you had, mostly from your previous videos but the diamonds for the wedding dress I did not so keep up the good work!
Just some tips to add: The only place to find the raw opal is the first mine (apparently). The veins in the wall always take 3 hits (I think no matter what hammer you own) so there is no need to charge hit them if you only have it left to save a second or two. When going to the third mine I like that you mentioned you should neglect your crops for a day as I did that as well but you should also check your weather so you can go on a rainy day as you did.
Bonus: The first time I made it to the bottom of the final mine i had less than 30 minutes (30 seconds of real time) less than 5 hearts and 4 dishes to spare on a rainy day and missed the fireworks festival of year 1 :( . I also exhausted a lot of my food on previous attempts.
when i missed my snowfestival, i immediately load back even thou it's 3 day progress TT_TT
i got to the bottom of the third mine looking for orichalcum by finding holes to fall in because they drop you own further and faster. gotta eat to get your hearts back though. worked pretty well

looks like you have the tips I need. Right now I just got my biked fix. No clue where I am on mining level but I got the Jewl maker.
Right now I need to find A way to get Orichalcum with out having to deal with the moles , Ive gotten to level 40 but it takes me so long I really need a faster way. Saw that in this video thank you. Looking to see if there are any other mines.

find out if I can unlock any new areas as there are materials I have not discovered yet
learn what unlocks if I cook and fish and keep animals , my full focus so far has been on repairing things
see what I need to do to unlock all mini games
find a new goal now my bike is fixed

mine got all weapons upgraded and all expensive clothes just waiting for the new update at may and its hard to finish all fishes collection at the museum and i hope next patch should fix the FPS drop

It doesn't work for the gems, just the ores and glass rock + coal!

My dumb self sold the coal lumps in the beginning. Thanks to the earth sprites, I can get more.
How were you able to get a second row of stamina?
How do I get glass rocks? I really want these pair of glasses for my character since I wear glasses in real life.
But when I go mining, I don’t tend to get any glass rocks. I only have uncooked two places to mine and I am not too far in the game yet.
10 times better than 225 floor in FoMT took me 5 hours IRL to find every thing including kappa gems. just in lake mine.

You'll unlock it after you reach level 9 in mining :)

Haha, I took over one month in-game to just decorate, without worrying about my crops or animals. Otherwise if I try to do all my chores + decorating, I can't focus or get anything done.
Where do you find the Olive crystal?
You can find it occasionally when you’re clearing the small puddles with the bucket
