you are literally me. I've become such a hypochondriac. I started feeling these things after I read about them after going through a rough patch and suffering from panic attacks. It's been 4 years now. IT HAS RUINED the quality of my life. I'm 23 years old, how about you?

      Hi Tiffany,
I'm 28 years old. I've had these things since I was 16 after starting hormonal birth control. My obsession with them and anxiety makes them much worse. What sort of problems are you running into as far as them ruining your life? have you seen a cardiologist? how often do you get them? sorry for the interrogation, I'm just fascinated by them I guess :)

hey Kayla, I have and had all the things you are talking about. I have had anxiety and pvcs for close to 15 years. Started off super super bad, and been getting so much better in the last 2 or 3 years. Happy to friend you on FB if you want to chat as I have so much info... too write here, but some tips:
-look in to magnesium. Most people with chronic stress and anxiety are mag deficient and can cause more PVCs. Magnesium Glycinate is very absorbable, 400mg a day with food
    -look in checking cortisol levels
-look in to checking b12 levels
    -limit caffeine
    -limit sugar intake
-try to keep blood sugar level level, avoid spikes
-have chamomile tea every night after dinner
-certainly all the therapy and mindset changing will help as well as the anxiety and stress you add doesn't help the physical symptoms

Thanks, Ricardo. Most of those things I have done. I do appreciate you taking the time to give me some info to help ease the PVCs. I haven't checked cortisol levels. That should be interesting. Cheers!

Cool, np. Just note that I have done ALL these things too and continue to refine my diet and vitamin regimen for the last 5 years or so and I STILL get some from time to time. I used to get PVCs multiple times a day, then went to every other day, then couple times a week, then couple times a month, to now maybe 1-2 times per month at the most. So the sooner you accept that you might have them forever and they are benign, the sooner you can go to living life.

Im 53 years old, been having PVC's since I was 13. I've noticed as the years went on, it would go through stages. At this stage in my life, I've noticed more multiple pvc's in a row, like 5 or 6 on every beat, then when it kicks in normal, I get that nice one big bang and nice head rush. I fear what most of us fear, if it can do it for 6 beats in a row, what will stop it from doing 20? or 100? how much can my heart take? it sucks.

I get those multiple PVC runs every couple of months or so. Super scary. I don't know what would stop it from continuing, but it's never happened so I'm going to try and comfort myself with that thought hahaha.

Hi Kayla, sorry to hear you've been having a shitty time dealing with your anxiety symptoms. I too have been experiencing palpitations for the past 4 months and i'm actually on day 23 of wearing a heart monitor ( yay just 7 more days) Anyway just remember your not alone in dealing with these sucky symptoms. I hope your hypnotherapy goes well for you, my therapist has also suggested i try it but i haven't yet. Just hang in there, it does get better. Wishing you well!! PS don't forget to accept, float and let time pass

Yes, I'm loving Claire Weekes. Here's hoping the results of your monitor are ok. Do you experience them because of anxiety or were they something that just randomly appeared? I will be sure to update on how the hypnotherapy goes.

Thank you. I believe they are being triggered by anxiety. I just can't believe how powerful of an emotion anxiety can be, a few years ago i thought i was going to have a seizure on a few occasions from panic attacks, i ran to a neurologist to have myself checked out and thank God everything was normal. I think i've become a bit of a hypochondriac over the years. Hahaha, oh well we just gotta keep trucking along. Looking foward to the update.

You know what I've noticed? My breathing has a lot to do with it. When I'm anxious my breathing is less regular and more shallow and I notice PVC's when I inhale every now and then during these moments. A friend of mine has Sinus tach episodes and she can bring them on by a deep quick breath through her nose. I also have them when I'm stressed and anxious. the anxiety comes before the PVCs, so I do really believe theres a large correlation there. I'm not saying anxiety is the only cause, I know for sure that it isn't. I'm with you on the annoyance of them though. I can deal with a few here and there. I have a hard time dealing with the episodes and the multiple ectopics in a row. I would be down to start an online meeting. Have you watched any videos from the youtube channel "York Cardiology"? It's very informative and definitely worth a watch.
