नमस्ते सर । आपने बहुत ही अच्छी तरह समझाया । मेरे दो तीन महीने से प्लेन्टर फिशिया का दर्द है । शुरु में एड़ी नीचे नहीं रख पाती बहुत तेज दर्द होता है फिर थोड़ा चलने पर कम हो जाता है । जब से सिलिकॉन वाली नरम चप्पल पहनी है उन्हें उतारने का मन नहीं करता वरना ऐसा लगता एड़ी में कांटे चुभ रहे हैं । ऐसे ही सटीक जानकारी व उपाय बताकर लाभान्वित करते रहिए । बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद ।
