For e.g.
Zest 110
RTO cost in bikedekho, zigwheels etc. is ₹7870
But dealer charged ₹10,015
Message received from RTO for ₹6,431
On road price of zest - ₹69752
Life time tax @8% of on road price = ₹5,580 but message received from RTO is for ₹6,431
Not sure how to understand the difference of ₹10,015 which the dealer charged as part of RTO and ₹6431/- for which message was received as paid from RTO.
And dealer also charged ₹550 for IND number plates and RC Smart card. Is it correct?
I will be grateful if you can please help me to understand the above two points.

Dealer charged the following breakup
Ex-Showroom Price (Chennai) - ₹69,752
Registration and Road Tax- ₹10,015
Insurance - ₹5,234
Mandatory Accessories Kit (foldable footrest) - ₹1,679
Dealers On Road price - ₹86,680
Additional charge
towards IND number plate
and Smart Card - ₹550
As a proud customer, I seek following queries:
Registration and Road Tax charged by the dealer is ₹10,015 but SMS that we received from RTO as receipt for payment is for ₹6,431.
Query No.1 -
Difference amount ₹10,015 - ₹6,431 = ₹3,584 remains unexplained.?? Please explain this difference

Charging Mandatory Accessories Kit just for (foldable footrest) - ₹1,679 - Is it correct ??

Additional charge for IND number plate and Smart RC Card - ₹550/- Is it correct??
