  • This is a walk through of how to properly bypass these two switches without loseing power. We are putting this on a fourwheeler therefore we had to bypass a few things.

That's very clever. I ended up using a double-pole single-throw momentary starter switch with the clutch switch wires on one of the poles. The problem with this was there was only a single such switch on Ebay, and I had to order it from England.

Hi Blaze, I own a GSXR 1000 2011 and I need to replace my clutch lever... however the new lever does not have support for the clutch switch, so I will have to bypass it. Unfortunately I don't have the proper skills to do that but I think I've got the idea.. I have some questions though... if you can help me it will be great !

I have the information that you don´t need to that all! For K3/K4 only cut the PIN69 wich goes to the ECU and connect it with ground ! What to you think?

So what is wrong with pulling in clutch?
    To much power drain?
Do you have a bad battery?
Looks like a lot more to go wrong, resister's,,,toggles,,,relays,,,
    pushbuttons,,,cut wires,,,slipon connections,,,hacked up harness,,,ect,,,,,,

seems like a lot of work when all you needed to do was cut 1/8th inch off of the little black tab that is the clutch safety (if it is not fully disengaged it won't start bike). happens on aftermarket levers a lot

  • @johnconnersmithllc6095

, where is that tip over sensor on a 2001 GSXR 1000? I've been trying to find that son of a b**** for 2 hours. But I think I have spark because it started for a second with fluid. But it just turns over turns over and will not f****** start
