A midwife once told me never to hold my bladder, as you get older it will cause problems ❤
@@edithparry689 I don't hold it, it's just back to normal :) I know about the issues it can cause: my grandma was a teacher, and she constantly held her pee and poo. It caused hemorrhoids and a distended bladder. Her bladder was so stretched out it had lost the sensation that told her she needs to pee, so the only way she was able ti pee was through a catheter.
For me it was the acid. It was so weird to be able to eat things without having high acid.

Update: My baby was born May 2nd. Gorgeous baby boy and I couldn't be any more grateful than I already am for him🥺❤️ Truly two people are born on delivery day, baby and you as a mother. Something changed drastically in my heart and in my mind that day. Thank you to everyone for all your well wishes and I continue to extend blessings and grace to all new mommies and new mommies-to-be!❤️❤️❤️❤️
And it feels really weird afterwards to not have someone else in there! 😄

I would rock back and forth to put pressure on the bladder then relax to stretch it out again. That sometimes helped. I felt so goofy going to the bathroom then turning around to use it again in less than 5 minutes.
When you’re pregnant, ALWAYS make sure a bathroom is close by!! Been there done that!!

Yup. When you are so close, you pee like every 5 to mins, and all it is going to be are a few drops r barely anything, yet the urge makes you feel like a whole gallon 😂😅

This. Running would make it infinitely worse and would deffo have made me pee my pants. Now after 2- any time I throw up, I pee my pants, and regularly enough when I cough or sneeze hard that I keep spare pants and underwear in my car :/

@mealteamsixty yes. That isn't normal. I understand why that happens. I developed some urinary incontinence when pregnant with my third child and it lasted for some months.
If you have trouble going pee (relaxing your bladder) then you need to learn to relax those muscles and your pelvic floor because they're too tight. Having trouble holding your urine on the other hand, your pelvic floor muscles need strengthened. After I worked on strengthening my pelvic floor, urinary incontinence issues went away making it much easier to hold my bladder when sneezing, laughing, coughing, etc.
@@potato1084 Huh? You are very wrong as it is very normal lol. Incontinence is one of the most common issues that afflict women who have given birth before. The muscles required to hold in urine are extremely impacted by pregnancy and childbirth. They're weakened to the point that even the smallest of forces in your body like a sneeze or squatting down will make you lose control of your bladder and leak some urine every time. The issue can go away eventually but some women never recover. This is why it's common for women to do kegels so they can strengthen the muscles required to keep pee in.
@@mealteamsixtyoh my gosh I thought allergies were bad, at my worst part of whatever I'm allergic to I'd dribble a bit everytime I sneezed or coughed hard. I have a feeling if I get around to having a kid or 2 I'll wear a diaper or something just so im not changing 5 times a day.
I literally lived on the toilet with my first. Sometimes I would just nap on the toilet because I knew once I finished washing my hands I was just gonna have to pee again.😂

definitely sounds like a UTI, I thought I had one with my pregnancy peeing like in this video because it feels exactly the same. please get checked, it can turn into a bladder then kidney infection!
You may wanna seek medical attention to insure you don’t have a UTI , Kidney or Bladder infection

My baby LOVES hugging, kicking, and laying on my bladder! 😂 Especially at night, when I'm trying to get comfy to sleep! 😂 but I love my baby, and I adore being pregnant! ❤
Best advice i got, during my 4th pregnancy, lean as far forward as you can while on the toilet. It releases the pressure and helps curve you the right way. You'll be surprised how much gets stuck in there.

OMFG THIS IS SOOOO TRUE!! By 41 weeks, I was regularly falling asleep sitting on the toilet. I was so exhausted lol. That last moth was brutal. Let me add that I’m only 5’3” and went from 115 to 194 at delivery!!!😮🍕😂😎it did NOT help the situation!! Having my body back is such a relief!!

I’m older now but one day while expecting my daughter she did something horrible during the more advanced pregnancy stage. I can’t remember the exact month I was in, but wow 😂. It felt as if she stretched her whole body out as far as possible, not the curled up position ! I freaked out.
@angelwings7930 I'm currently 23 weeks now and my daughter does that alot, her head is on my left side and she stretches her arms out and just leaves them there, im like geez child are you trying to make my stomach more uncomfortable then it already is😂😂

Well we have a name for that. Basically you got "hit by air" either you wore a skirt without proper panties or shorts and you get cold down there. Maybe you walked barefoot in the cold. We cure with hot baths with medicinal herbs. Just always make sure to wear shorts and socks.

I crossed 40 weeks before delivery but still i didnt felt like that. May be bcz my baby was not went down there. I mean the head fixing process was not happened. I had c section bcz of cord and that too short cord which didnt allowed the baby to go down there for a month. I could feel the sensation of baby trying to go down there. But the cord was stopping the baby. Before the due date i admitted to hospital and i didnt get any labour pain even after glucose infusion. So i told doctor to go for c section. My baby was 3.6 kg and was healthy. Im happy that he is all right. Its been 20 days since i gave birth. And i cant believe i already spent 20 days with my little treasure... my Anshu❤❤
