Nicely played, couple mistakes as you say but they happen and you pulled out an incredible carry there, great situational catching those pushes before they arrived behind you.

Finally a video featuring DM with legendary. I have no idea why people don't like her. Legendary DM with Halsey onboard is the most entertaining ship in this game. You can't camp. You need to think and calculate your each movement, and on the other hand you need to be aggressive to keep shooting, you need to rush very often. You can kite, you can troll torpedoes placement. Legendary DM is definitely very difficult to play, but she is the best and most dangerous cruiser in WoWs. I totally love her!

Nice match Robin! I have just started the "legendary upgrade" grind with DM. I had something like 12 battles so far. I have seen your previous DM videos as well, and I see you have tried various captain builds. I am not uising a 15 point captain on DM, and basic build is quite straightforward, PT, EM, SI, CE. After that I took EL, DE, and when I have 16 points I would vote for AR. About the last 3 points I am not sure. What is your opinion? Is RPF so valuable that I should drop a point somewhere?

I think you don't need to go for RPF. You can take only concealment and put more points in lower points skills (e.g. to have both faster reload and preventive maintenance), or - if you often suffer from CVs - an AA skill instead of RPF. I would stay with either concealment + manual fire control/AFT or only with concealment. Adrenaline rush is a very good decision.
My tip: DM can be very vulnerable when it comes to guns and PM skill really helps, so you can consider this one, too.
Since CVs are not that popular any more, I would vote for PT, PM, EL; EM, AR, LS (or HA); SI, DE; CE (full build).
With your current points number: PT, PM, EL; EM, AR; SI; CE. DE can be grinded as the last one.
If you want to keep RPF: PT, PM, EL; EM, AR; SI; CE, RPF (1 point is left), with your current points number: PM, EL; EM; SI; CE; RPF.
DM can do very well in different builds, so you just need to try what fits your playstyle the best. The only must in my opinion are EM, SI and CE - the rest of points you can distribute according to your preferences. Just remember that with legendaries you will need to be more aggressive than with "classic" DM :) good luck!

Thats not a mod, but simply an option you can enable in the minimap settings.
You can simply toggle it on by clicking on the grind wheel right on top of your minimap, ant tweak transparency of either minimap or circle, as well as check boxes for activating said circles.

THE BEST PLAYER IN THE BEST SHIP
You can actually drop concealment on legendary dm and instead use double rudder. Because it accelerates so fast, dm becomes an open water god, nothing can really hit you past 12 km.

I am absolutely pitiful in the Des Moines..... 16% win loss over 25 battles :( I love the ship but I usually just get caught out, or make one mistake and it's all over. Average about 70k per game, but I need to pay a little more attention to what's going on lol

Des Moines is all about keeping on the move, and it has a high, vulnerable citadel. Multiple times I got myself immobilized and unable to get out of a sticky spot, then got killed.
Since then, I run last stand for that very reason.
