Nice job! I know that job has been on your mind for quite some time. Recommend you put the welding “curtains” on a roll-up dowel. That way it can stay up and out of the way when you don’t need it, quickly be deployed, and stay out of the way of the doors.

I noticed your comment on barn Swallows when I worked on a farm we always removed the barn Swallows from the barn because they carry diseases that can hurt your animals.
