I’m related to Gloria Ramirez. My mother and her were very close. I personally spent time with her on occasion. She had a son close to my age and we would hang out from time to time. Gloria was an all American average day to day citizen. Just like everyone else. Riverside General was a very old hospital and tended to caterer to mostly lower income families. I assure you there were no toxic fumes coming out of her body. The most likely scenario here was there must’ve been some sort of malfunction with the medical machinery or mixing of various types of gases that are present at all hospitals around the country. Either something went wrong with the medical equipment in the emergency room it’s self or perhaps something went wrong elsewhere in confines of the hospital and the toxic gases entered through the ventilation system. Classic case of wrong place wrong time. This incident could have happened to anybody. You or me. They did THREE autopsy’s and found nothing abnormal. At the end of the day, this was nothing more than another government cover up. The fumes came in,people started passing out. The still concise ones pulled everybody out of the room all except Gloria. She was left in the emergency room to die. It’s just that simple, end of story, no more to tell. No mystery, no supernatural event. Gloria was just another victim of the state. Although, she did have people that truly loved her and cared about her.
May she rest in peace
Firstly Thank you Daniel.
The fact that the government does these kinds of things in truly frustrating. The hospital's fault took a life of one. Honeslty I feel like this is injustice faced but the family.
In what year did she die??
But can you explain what they covered up and why? Cuz i am not following.
@@doeterniettoe4395 Seem to me that USA experimented something on her / hospital . To probably any state 1 woman or man is nothing , like laboratory rat . May she and others innocent rest in peace !
Honestly, I thought she was radioactive.
It’s scary how so many people almost died trying to save her life.
if she was radioactive, everyone would've notice that early
if she was radioactive, you would have heard it in the radio

This is the first time I've heard of this. Riverside General Hospital was where my sisters were born. It was an old hospital, and even as a kid something about it seemed off. I also remember my mom saying that there was a strange odor and other people complained about it. Apparently there were other issues with this hospital. It was demolished in 2002. The location of the old hospital was turned into a shopping center. Now Riverside Community Hospital is it's replacement which is located near Downtown Riverside, CA. Interesting to hear a topic that happened where I grow up.
Awesome video Mr. SLAV, loving this new format.
But I don't think it's the hospital fault. That woman took her own remedies to cure cancer and she was the one who was responsible for the deaths of doctors and others
I go to school at UCR
@@Ace_03 no doctor died they just got sick
@@Ace_03 no she wasn't it was just pure fate which lead to incident
@@Ace_03 It wasn’t her fault
He even said that the chemical is non toxic
But it somehow reacted with oxygen
I remember my mom said about it to me like a year ago, I was shoked when I heard that. The government forced the witnesses that got affected to not spread this information, and some of them even lost the their job.

True.

My thoughts exactly.
a woman took painkillers, this is what happened to her kidneys.
GR is a 31 year old woman, presenting to the emergency room with severe pain, difficulty breathing and vomiting. while doctors took her blood sample they noted an unusual smell of ammonia from her blood, possibly suggesting a case of hyperammonemia. hyper meaning high, ammone refering to ammonia and emia meaning presence in blood.

this is actually untrue. see pinned comment
I'd like to see a video about the terrible medical "treatments" people in medieval times used to "help" patients, when often even worsening their condition. That would be something very interesting to see actually. Also interesting would be talking about some horrible torture methods, since I feel like this is something that would kinda fit this type of videos!
Qxir has a pretty decent video on that.
During Victorian times and earlier, in London along the banks of the river Thames they had large tobacco pipes placed strategically because it was believed that after pulling out a drowning victim from the water that they could be revived by inserting the pipe in the asshole and blowing smoke up it ... Yeah, lots of people died 🤣
In mediaeval times that woman would be surely considered a demon and priests will come to exorcise her and die and shocked people will burn the body and the event will turn into a horror legend
@@falloutbattlefield521 haha true, but do u think that all/some of the horror legends that told by our grandfathers is aslo fake?
@@sk-xg7re I don't think all are fake but I can't say they are true either
I sadly just recently found your channel but i gotta tell you that i love your narration. The topics are interesting and your humor is on point without breaking the atmosphere up.
Really excellent work right there komrade.
Just blyatiful
I remember reading this some years ago in a newspaper. I appreciate the great detail and scientific explanation offered by the narrator; I also agree it is mysterious. My theory is that she had either seen multiple doctors without telling them others before her intake at another doctors office prescribed pills for pain, perhaps she picked up multiple prescriptions on the same day from different doctors and filled them at different pharmacies, thus had a lethal combination or...... the very hospital where she was taken had an MD or surgeon prescribe a lethal does without first having a toxicology report on the cancer patient. The hospital would not want someone on their list of approved visitation rights to have made such a serious error. Organs were removed to see if there were causes of death other than the cause of death was determined to be after the combination was disclosed.
“Still not as toxic as cod lobby” so true haha
I’ve never heard of this case, and it’s really interesting. Love your content!

@@ChumbumbillyYT sry I don't remember
Well what about them drawing her blood which probably contained dimethhyl sulfate and then wafting it, they exposed it to air at that specific time so that is probably when it turned into a gas, makes the most sense. Although I am not sure how volatile the compound is when exposed to air in general, so this could be wrong.
Liquid turning to gas upon exposure to oxygen is very rare so I doubt it
@@that_deadeyegamer7920 liquid naturally emits vapor at its surface its called vapor pressure and its why water disappears
that pressurized oxygen increased the speed of reacytions and made toxic gas. The gas was coming out of her mouth and body which was continously getting created when reacting with Oxygen in her body. The toxic gas was spreading and as people were inhaling it, they became sick. At last, someone's mom, daughter and wife(gloria) left the world. RIP Mrs. Gloria
It is so sad the way this woman has posthumously demonized. Regardless of what brought about the incident & her death that day, she was still a human being with people who loved & cared about her & to have her reduced to basically being the butt of some sick joke, no pun intended is unconscionable.
Yeah, true. But, a sense a humor is never horrible with grim topics.
I didn’t get the feeling that she was demonized at all but it seems obvious that her blood being drawn caused something. It’s not normal for your blood to smell like ammonia
-And I’m not talking about an average Twitter user
*That just killed me, good sir*
Nerve Gas lady!
There's a few 'black-box analysis' type videos online about what exact flags she had to meet and the timings of everything that went down that allowed this crazy miracle to happen.
It is a quite intriguing rabbit hole. But entirely understood today at least 🖖
I believe this event was called "The Case of the Toxic Lady".
Not as toxic as isabela
Just found your channel, this is the second video I've watched and I can't fault it. Love your voice, easy to read captions, interesting topics. Well done! 👍😁
It's horrifying how a human body can be a host of an irl AoE damage hotspot.
I love this case (with all due respect). That was lovely listening it again from you. It is unbeliavble how our modern medicine couldn’t diagnose this. Glad that this was the only case but at the same time, that is the reason why we couldn’t come up with a cure…
Man this is go to be a scariest history I ever seen a women with the most dangerous radioactive disease ever thx for sharing the story about her. May Gloria rip.
What about radiation? The hospital staff seemed to be manifesting some accute radiation syndrome symptoms.
Patients with Cancer are aparently treated with it but where would she's amass so much?
I'm seeing that radiation therapy for cancer could be toxic to the patient, but I'm not finding articles discussing it being potent enough to spread illness to others in their vicinity. I suppose it might be physically possible to administer a fatal dose of radiation through malpractice given that it would seem it's common practice to administer levels of radiation that could be fatal (around 50Gy by referencing some Stanford University treatment records and the CDC site on ARS). I couldn't find any information about Gloria's occupation that could maybe suggest an alternative way of getting heavy radiation poisoning such as working with radioactive equipment. In theory an autopsy would easily reveal or deny this as a possibility if any such test was ever conducted.
Well, i don't know guys. This is up to the "man in black" whom interfered with the authopsy. Perhaps an experimental treatment?
Radiation poisoning's main symptoms are nausea and dizziness , none of them were nauseous
That would be incredibly easy to test for, given that radiation tends to stick in an area and on people- those exposed may also appear burned and have swelling, which can happen within minutes. If Gloria was highly irradiated, it would be clear.
All it would take is a Geiger counter to figure it out, even years after the fact.
Amazing video as always! I hope you cover more mysterious cases like this, love you videos! Keep it up!
Yes cause it makes perfect sense to smell blood of an infected person with no understanding of what's going on
Love your videos - you take stories that are crazy enough and don't overly sensationalize them. Plus your accent is very nice to listen to. Good shit Mr. Slav

New video of MrSlav, Nice way to start my day!
I have a good story topic for your video: The 2012 mysterious tourist deaths in Thailand. The incident involved the mysterious deaths of young, healthy foreign tourists that stayed in the same hotels in two distinct cities 1,600 km. apart. It involved a dozen deaths of unrelated tourists that stayed at the same hotel over different dates within the time period of 2 months. This incident have baffled authorities so much so that the World Health Organisation was invited to sent scientists to the 2 cities. The story remained inconclusive and a mystery to this day.
Hopefully he sees this😊

Yea many hospitals have been covered up demolished from this phase in medical history worldwide
I lived in Riverside when this happened. I'm not sure if the patient had anything to do with this story, though. They never reopened the hospital and now it's a hardware store. It wasn't scheduled for demolition before this incident..... If it were Gloria they wouldn't have torn the place down..... Something else happened here. In a way, that's the thing that makes this story such a head scratcher....
I thought she was radioactive if she had cancer and made so many people unbelievably sick
Looks like the hospital made a helpless dead woman the scapegoat.

That woman just made mustard gas in her body 💀
My husband picked up on the ammonia smell and guessed what it could very likely be. Ammonia is used as a heat exchange gas in air conditioning systems. This suggests to us that they screwed up and that the air conditioning was the source. They just tried to cover up their screw-up and pinned it on a dying woman.
Would they have tried to say the staff were hysterical if it had been the men who showed the symptoms in the emergency room? We doubt it somehow.
The fact that her body was allowed to rot, and her heart went missing! What a shambles. It was a badly run, badly maintained and managed, clapped out hospital and facilities.
She just activated her stand
She got supernatural 😲 powers and made staffs suffering!
this absolutely reeks of medical malpractice and coverup... and alot of people getting paid off by the company that owned the hospital
