We visited the longest cave in Scotland, Uamh ann Clanaite

  • We visited Uamh ann Clanaite, a cave located in the Scottish highlands, about one and a half hours drive away from Inverness. This system is some 3.5km long! It is a very sporting cave, with many waterfalls, boulder chokes crawls and massive passages. The trip featured takes you from the entrance to the furthest reaches this side of Sump 3, the East Block.

      It's certainly well worth the visit, and it's worth going down Rana hole next to it, if you have rope and SRT skills. That's also very impressive, just my battery had ran out so no footage from in there.

    I wonder what kind of organisms live down there, if any. Stay safe man! It's so cool to see the power of water on an extreme timescale.
